I Unlocked EVERY Tier in PT XRAY and VICTOR! - Techtonica

Now that we have reached Floor 12 PT Sierra we are being held back from progressing by the old production terminals. We need access to carbon frames, which require green cores and carbon powder. While the cores can be somewhat easily crafted at this point, the powder is locked behind a later update for XRAY. This is a good time to knock out all upgrades for both VICTOR and XRAY. Reaching the max tier was not too difficult as we had most of the resources on hand. However, some, like ceramic parts and electric motors, took a little while to craft.
