Your ip is probably stored in an Xbox resolver. I suggest you change your gamertag.

I've tried this. It is not working. Tried all of the DNS provided by @CyberGhostVPN. Nne of them actually worked. The main point here is they finish the video right after putting the DNS and checking the connection which succeeded. For me it succeeded but there is no actual connection. You won't update anything or check other tabs than first and the profile. Other tabs require active Internet connection. Waste of money.
