That is NOT a Wig-Wag pattern. While one light is flash the other is OFF and then they change.

Learn the correct terminology. A strobe is a gas filled tube. Wig wag is an alternating pattern controlled by a flasher module. This is LEDs and you shouldn’t be giving product instruction if you don’t know what the product is.
