As a player new to the hobby and the table top, who's first army is Order of the Golden Light Sister of Battle, built on fire and faith... this makes me happy 😊
the part where bricky shows off the middle of nowhere and it reminds me to much of the feeling of driving through pretty much any part of the middle part of Pennsylvania, except instead of the little hills its just farm land and warehouses.
It’s amusing, as someone who has driven through north and South Dakota as well as California and Pennsylvania, when people from Pennsylvania and California say their states are empty outside of the cities. They’re quite dense, you just don’t recognize it because it doesn’t look the same. The dakotas are empty. The only sign of civilization will be the road you’re on for a hundred miles and a barbed wire fence denoting that someone does indeed own this field of grass and rocks that stretches on past the horizon

I was unironically and accidentally the "you famous or something" guy at a WHW tournament where i ended up playing the writers of 8th edition and then the cast of Tabletop Tactics in a team event. Spider was joking saying I assume we need no introductions, but id genuinely not seen any of their stuff at the time. Love them now and watch a lot of their content but that line brought back two awkward games xD they were lovely tho!
I love the highlight of the drive for this video, cause last time I went to LVO I lived in California City with the cazadores and the deathclaws and the Powdergangers, so it's like a 2-3 hour drive. You ever heard of California City? No, of course you haven't. But you have now, and there's nothing there.
12:00 "Oh yeah. I forgot. I got the Lego Frog Bonsai Tree. This is not important to the video at all." No, this was extremely important. Thank you for informing us of the frog bonsai. Going back to watching the video now.
YES ANOTHER TOURNAMENT VIDEO! You're what got me intrigued by 40K, and you're such a good story teller I was genuinely captivated by each matches summary.
I love how Bricky made a 40 minute video exclusively in order to talk shit about the the towns he passes through on the drive from where he lives to LA
23:20 - Look at that and tell me it isn't just the drilldozer from Deep Rock Galactic minus the drill and with guns bolted on instead. Like it's uncanny how aesthetically/thematically united Deep Rock Galactic and the League of Votann from WH40k are. I love it!
i think is like the crab evolution thingy, that with time, everything will turn into some kinda crab, but with dwarves, in space, everything will eventually ROCK AND STONE
I enjoyed your take last year and I'm glad you went to LVO and made another video for it! would love to see the series continue next year and after that! Thanks Bricky!! -Emperors Children Player
Bricky, my dude, we definitely need more tournament recap vids like this. This one and your LVO vid last year are easily some of the best stuff on the channel 👍🏻
I have learned more about interesting Warhammer strategies from Bricky than the internet The best thing about unorthodox strategies is that nobody expects you to actually play them, so nobody is prepared.
This video is my comfort food. I've watched it at least five times by now. The jokes always land, especially at the beginning. And the descriptions of the battles are always really entertaining, especially with the PNGs helping to visualize it are the perfect cherry on top. Thanks sincerely, Bricky.
I remember driving to Las Vegas from San Diego and yeah, that really are miles and miles and miles of nothing much but desert. It was before I played New Vegas so I did not get to appreciate it in full.
That bit about driving through San Bernardino County is too real. I live in north Mohave County, and that drive is how my family goes to visit my mom’s side of the family in LA
Awesome. I’d love to go but if i recall this tournament takes place during tax season and i’m an accountant. I do apprentice the use of Fire Emblem music. adds to it imo
I was waiting for this video since last year, when the first one came out,its just so fun to watch how the tournament went from your perspective and see a summary of the games with photos and anecdotes from the matches☺
This sounds like such a fun hobby! I looked it up and got so excited when I saw that my country also has tournaments. I'll make a Necron army and paint it like the Tomb Kings in TW.
I thoroughly do not understand a single thing being said in this video outside of unit names and factions, I'm just happy to see Bricky this excited about something.
And now I want to build an army of sisters... Bricky, I've been a fan of yours since the League days and now you're single handedly responsible for my crippling addiction to painting little plastic men and rolling dice to see if they die. Btw... got the amogus/ridiculous dice and lil guy objective markers. Gotta say I love the merch.
I've been waiting for the LVO vid since the announcement Bricky was gonna take Sisters to it. What i did not expect was that i genuinely paused the vid during the intro to use the GamerSupps code. Bless you Man of Brick
Bricky , I have to tell you the truth. I’ve never played Warhammer, I’ve never thought about playing Warhammer, or reading it. But the way that you describe these games is immaculate.

Ill never get sick of your story telling, Im getting into warhammer and seeing all this is just so awesome
This is not important to the video at all."
No, this was extremely important.
The Fire Emblem music makes this sooooooooooo intense
I love these game recaps. Your commentary, animations and everything is lovely! Hope to see more
Bricky: This is gonna be confusing
Me not understanding a damn rule or mechanic so far: Good to know
I am noticing the Fire Emblem music becoming more prominent in recent videos.
I have learned more about interesting Warhammer strategies from Bricky than the internet
The best thing about unorthodox strategies is that nobody expects you to actually play them, so nobody is prepared.
Those Christmas dwarves are one of the best armies I've seen. I love the creativity of this community :D
god damn, you mentioned the drive to Vegas and I involuntarily shuddered. I make the trip out the the Mojave from OC once a year, the Vegas traffic is almost worse that the 405. I cant imagine having to stick with it all the way there. the people watching is fantastic though lol
The lego frog bonsai tree was very important. Thank you for including it in the video
I appreciate the fire emblem music Bricky.
