I've had this ramen, the broth is as thick and rich as it looks in the video and the noodles were the perfect texture. I need to go back, it was delicious.

Frank is the best ramen guide. I'm still not feeling the broccoli haha, but I've been thinking about it and its presence does add to a kind of foreign appeal which you commented that it's what they're referred it to. If I was in Japan I'd definitely give it a try though!

I was wondering how they would make the broth taste good? Because most broths’ are made from meat and bones for the rich flavor!
We were wondering the same, honestly we could not tell it was vegan at all. Even the miso niku tasted like real meat!

Unfortunately this ramen shop has closed by now, leaving Tokyo with one less option for vegan ramen.
Leave it to the Japanese to make vegan food actually taste good. I can't wait to try it.
