    This is how you train in every sport, good warmup and then adding a weight every one or two sets until you reach tottal amount of weight you can lift. That way you progress faster and gain more endurance and more strength. That way you are more safe and you will prevent injury. Ego lifting and lifting all you can lift in beginning is path for injury and that way you will not progress as fast.

      Great tip, I've actually heard of him before and he's incredible. Rumor has it that he has a myostatin deficiency, but I don't think it's been medically proven.

      Idk, I use bumper plates for dead lifts and found them dealing less dmg to the floor

      rubber coating on bumper plates. Less noise and more shock absorption when they hit the ground. But they require more space on the barbell since they're thicker than full metal plates.

      It's called Front rack hold. It strengthens your posture, core, every muscle involved in that position. It's also used for practise dip position in the jerk and your CNS.
