Love this video and the details! New to Hermes so this is all great information. First time in store and was able to purchase my first Hermes evelyne 16. For me, I need an everyday bag so this is perfect.
OMG this the video is excatly what I needed. Just asked my SA to put me on a list for one just like yours. It might take a while, but it's such a lovely colour. Can't wait to get my hands on a Barenia one! I already own a black one and use it a hell lot, mostly when I'm running quick errands. It's worring free. You're a noir fan, so I trully believe that there's a chance you'd use it more in this colour. 🧡
I actually was able to purchase one Saturday (a day before Christmas Eve) by luck. I was there to actually make another purchase. Since I was there I asked about the mini Evelyn and was initially told "No" they didnt have any. But a few mins later the same SA that I was working with "suddenly" remembered that he was holding one for someone. But I assumed they didnt pick it up in a timely manner since I was able to purchase it.
Hi G, first time commenting but I love watching your videos! I heard a UA-camr talk recently about how some bags are the statement pieces of an outfit and some tie in with the outfit as a whole. I purchased a vintage Evelyne GM a year ago to use as a “mum” bag, and it’s been incredibly versatile and easy to use. When I look at photos of me wearing it, it doesn’t elevate an outfit but I always think it looks perfect with whatever I’m wearing at the time.

I have the 16 and the GM. I love the both, and I don't like using and insert on it. I enjoy feeling the suade inside.I also like the slauchy look.

Hi! Mine is in noir and I love cause I need something basic, bigger than a wallet, smaller than a traditional bag, that doesn’t screams in the face of people that works for me in a daily basis cause they don’t even know Hermes, but, I can be still put together and in imerse in my lifestyle.

Such a great in-depth review of the Evelyne TPM and the leather! Would you consider doing one for an exotic bag you have? I think it is very useful to consider the wear and tear. I love the considerations you brought up (e.g. with/without top handle, crossbody). For exotics, I'm particularly curious if it is a piece you wear crossbody whether it "rubs"/wears the back.. no one really talks about the pieces worn crossbody vs. handheld for exotics
I have a couple of them. I have a vintage one in smooth Barenia which I barely use as it is not flexible. I do love my clemence one as it has a lot of give. It’s easy to throw in my work or travel bag when I need something smaller for later.

love the mini Evelyne bec it’s an easy grab and go bag, strap is a bit long since i’m petite but someone shared a hack to shorten the strap and since then it’s my most used Hermes bag ❤

I personally absolutely love the Evelyne’s both in size 16 and 29. But I absolutely never seen these bags as elevated. To me they are super casual bags, they are convenient to use and very comfortable. I would add more to my collection since they just fit my lifestyle so perfectly.

I got a Evelyn TPM in Black Clement leather in July for my bday and I really enjoy how light and easy it is. The price is now $2,050. I love touching the soft leather. I have a PM size too and love them both!! ❤🍊😃😍

Thank you so much for making this video… I love the Evelyn bag. It is by far one of my favorite and most functional Hermes styles. One of my favorite features of the bag is the removal strap. I would say that the Petite Model is the perfect size. TPM is a bit too small. If it was only just a little bit bigger.

Not a fan of the Evelyne myself. It’s too casual, and I got a few other casual bags I can use instead. Thanks for the 7RP promo code. Just used it to pick up a bag insert for one of my K25s. Going to give it a try before I decide if I need to buy more.

Im 5’1, petite and my mini evelynes are perfect. Its my most used bag. I look like a bag hanger with my evelyne pm. So yes on an in between size for sure. I have it consigned with sotheybys right now

I didn’t think I would love it that much but after getting black tpm, i fell in love and got a second one in gold last week:) but I am a petit woman and it doesn’t even look small on me. Strap is a bit long but doesn’t bother me that much. Would love to have a mid-size between tpm and pm though..

Hi I have that mini bag in color gold. I made a few ink stains on the inside (thank goodness not the outside) I still want to try to take them off but I'm afraid to touch it with anything even water. Would you by any chance have an idea how to remove ink stain from the suede ? Is this something you experienced with your bag ? Thanks

From the mod shots I can see why it didn’t work for you. It is just not an elevated piece unfortunately. Maybe due to the lack of hardware ? The shape and fabric strap aren’t flattering either. Good job you have so many other gorgeous bags that suit you so much better. I bought it once from the online store in covid but returned it immediately
