To me the lyrics talk about a man (V) who has censored his voice to fit what his lover was expecting of him. he buried his voice in a frozen lake, but eventually spring comes the ice melts and he finds his voice again. The moral of the story is that as much as you try and change to fit someone else's ideal of you, eventually, if you want to be loved for yourself be yourself.
Wow ! I got spoiled today by my most favorite reactor doing 2 reactions video to my biases ( V & JK). And yeah V has a very unique soulful calming voice. He has the widest range among the members. Every night before bed I play his latest OST song “ Christmas Tree”it somehow gives me some sort of a therapeutic feeling. Thank you much, Jordan for doing that. You made my weekend complete.

V has a very wide vocal range and is an essential part of BTS's chorus line, thank goodness BTS has him! It's easy to focus on the high notes, but he's also a necessary link in the sound. In his solo, he is gentle, pure, and a bit retro, as if to show his personality. He also likes to listen to jazz and other old-time music. And I like the unique sound of his voice.
Kim Taehyung's voice is incredible and amazing! His voice is mesmerizing, soothing, angelic, and heavenly beyond our imagination. He gives his all in everything he do, especially in his solo songs. Tae's playlists is my company every night as I work, read and do other stuff. I find some healing effect as I listen to him. You could feel how he sings, as if he is just beside you, giving comfort. He is so poetic when he sings. I agree with you, that Tae picks the most difficult songs and all of these became masterpieces in the music industry of KPop! If time comes in the future and Tae will be given the chance to make his own music, I think he will remain to be on top! His vocals is truly different from the vocals that we hear from other KPop idols, which sometimes sounds almost the same! I like the BTS members, but I will always stand this multi talented artist!

I love your reaction but I can see that the video confused you so I'm going to try to explain it. Basically, the song is talking about how he changed himself for someone else and he can't know himself anymore which is why he says "have I lost myself or have I gained you" and he also says "I buried my voice for you" and the masks represent the person he turned himself into for that special person to keep that special person. There are also some short shots of him where you can see just a little of him showing it means that even if he put on a fake mask and bury the real him his real personality still sometimes shows a little because it's impossible to hide the real you 100%. Sorry if I didn't explain it well but I tried my best. If you want more v solo songs there are winter bear ( It's for his grandma that died) and inner child both are great songs.
