@Marek Tabi wow! Amazing progress.. You're very good at it since your earlier works 😄 Hey, I know you like historic weapons Take a look at the sword "Zulfiqar" if you want ~
Rip your elbow. Man you need to clean up your swing or you'll be hurting when you get older. There are a couple good technique videos(essential craftsman or black bear forge) on here it might feel strange for a while but you'll work less as well. Not a dig on your work though I couldn't make something like that. Sweet build.
@@MarekTabi you’re trying to drive the hammer through your work piece and anvil. So when you hit your removing the rebound properties of the anvil. Look at some UA-cam videos on hammer technique then compare it to yours. You’re a good smiths but you can be far more efficient. Trust me you’ll be far happier with your ability to move steel this adjustment.
@@MarekTabi anytime brother. I also didn’t want to see you having to hang up your hammer too soon. You can really mess up your wrist, elbow and shoulder without proper technique. You’ve got skills man I’m looking forward to seeing what you make!
Roma would proud of you. Great job thanks.
İf i was roman soldier i will be honour to wield your craftmanship to the battle field my friend

Very nice blade!
That must be many hours of work. And noe think about people making these swords 2000 years ago without modern tools. Making these by hand. Just WOW.
Beautiful work, Marek! 😃
It looks fantastic!

Masterpiece
thnaks :)
Now it needs a scabbard. A blade is not complete until it has a place to call it’s home
Wonderful work! And thank you for not slicing a piece of paper with it.
Thanks and you are welcome bro 😁👍

Awesome~! I have been want to make longsword since watch the "The lord of rings." I like your video from Korea. 😚
I have DONE the Sword too, but the video never come out
Volo unum gladius...
Great work. How do you prevent the blase from rusting since you made it with that kind of steel? Thanks.
You oil it regularly with a rag and whatever you do, you DON'T touch the blade! the oils and such in your skin could potentially etch the steel
You have an epic beard
Thanks bro 😁
Great Job Bud!! That's Beautiful, next time say something though. lol
Thanks 👍 ok next time I say something 🤣
how much would you charge for a sword like this?
Nice but it's kinda long for a gladius. Looks more like a spatha (Roman cavalry sword).
what should be the maximum lenght of gladius sword? Thanks
You look like you've been through a lot since your last video

I'm sad you didn't slice anything with it at the end of the video
Hej,jesteś Polakiem ?
would they have made these swords the same way 2000 years ago ?
Yes of course, every Roman swordmaker had powerhammer and grinder 🤣
@@MarekTabi smart is good while smart arse gets middle finger
I just joked ;)
My adventure with woodworking started with Woodglut.
You’re losing a lot of power in your hammer technique.
what should i do to have better technique? Thanks

You have been forging for years, jet, you still don't know how to use a hammer properly.
