This is very simular to the "Stuff Made Here" project. Look for "I sent robot forgeries to a handwriting expert". I'm sure you're going through all the same issue as he was.

Well I think he faced most problems with creating his own code and in my case i faced problems in designing this machine as I used handwriting systhesis repo from github
