***Who is Hannica Rose?
Hannica Rose is the combination of my name (Jessica) and my daughter's name. (Hannah) We use to film videos together when I first started uploading to UA-cam and it just stuck. 😃
***Are you a reseller? Do you have an Ebay or Etsy shop?
No, reselling is not for me. I go thrifting for myself, my home and i like to pick up gifts for friends and family. 😁 Thrifting will always be a relaxing hobby for me.
***Why do you leave so many nice/valuable items behind?
I like to share a variety of interesting items in my videos. I only purchase items that I need, or I really love. I try to practice intentional shopping at all stores I shop in. I never want to purchase something for the sake of buying it, just because it was cheap. I'm also not a reseller so there is no temptation to buy items based on its potential value.
*** Where do you thrift?
I thrift all over the central/eastern side of NC.
*** What Goodwill locations do you thrift at?
I thrift at all of the Goodwill locations in and around the central NC area. (There are ALOT) One "Goodwill Trip/Video" can contain footage from several locations. I batch film several videos at once in advance. When a video is released on my channel, usually a week or two has passed since I filmed the footage. I don't really remember which locations certain items were located at. 🤣

Unfortunately, I do not do any personal shopping or reselling at this time. If you see an item in a video its most likely already purchased for the reasons in the last question. ☝ (Merchandise moves off the shelves fast here)
***Why does your Goodwill use marker instead of price tags?
Iam honestly not sure. I think it cuts down on time/turnover (pricing merchandise) and possible theft by removing or switching tags.
***How do you remove the marker prices?
I have never had a problem removing the marker off anything I've ever purchased.
I use the following depending on the material.
-Soap and Water
-Rubbing Alcohol (used most often)
-Acetone
-Magic eraser
-Sandpaper (used the least)
*** What breed of dog is peanut?
Peanut is an 8.5-year-old chiweenie. (chihuahua Dachshund mix)

In today’s video I’m going to take you thrifting into Goodwill. I will show you some fun and interesting things I saw while thrifting as well as a small haul at the end of the video. I hope this video gives you some "Thrifting Inspiration”! :)
There are beautiful, unique and inexpensive secondhand treasures just waiting for you. These items can be found at your local goodwill, Salvation Army and other thrift stores in your area. Thrifting can be a challenge but very rewarding and worth the hunt! Some of my favorite things to thrift for are home décor items, name brand clothing, vintage items and anything unique or handmade!

Some of the bowls were damaged - dishwasher - so I would not pay that much. Overpriced. You find really nice items. Peanut is always a treat to see.

No, the bowls were very expensive and also had quite a bit of dishwasher damage. Speaking of prices, the prices seemed a lot higher than usual for some items. I knew you would pick up the stone candle holder 😅 Thanks for sharing 😊

The Pyrex bowls - Too EXPENSIVE! Overpriced for a thrift store, more the price you would find at an antique mall by a private vendor.
Almost $20.00 for the large bowl, price out of line at this thrift store for the Pyrex. Maybe would pay $20.00 for the whole set of bowls, not just the one bowl.

Those bowls were priced fairly well, they are highly collectible, I only have the pink ones, just sold a few of my other pieces and they went super fast on Facebook marketplace

The big bowl is pretty average but the other smaller bowls I would not even consider as they were too dishwasher damaged. The bread bin is a good price and I liked the blue bowl behind and right of the white teapot you were showing. I loved the crystal pepper and salt, gorgeous.
That candle holder really looked nice with the tea light in it. I know that people collect the pyrex bowls, but I thought the prices on the bowls were high. I actually have a set of pyrex bowls in the primary colors that I got when we were cleaning out my husband's aunt's house. They were in great condition. Great video. 🦴🤓👍

That Mickey Mouse lamp for 9.99! I think those Pyrex bowls are very over priced! I have seen them cheaper in flea markets. I did like the baking sets by Emeril for 3.99. Your new stone candleholder is lovely and that little purse a adorable!

Those Pyrex bowls were way overpriced. I just bought a set of the avocado and white with the daisy pattern for $9.99. They were the set of four. This was a Goodwill in TX. They were in perfect condition. I really enjoy your videos.

The pyrex definitely seemed expensive, considering the condition. I have my Grandmother's pyrex from the 60s, which is in pristine condition. The set is one of a small handful of things I have from her, and she'd probably scold me for letting it sit in the cupboard instead of using it more, but it's special to me :) I liked the Portuguese painted plate - very pretty!

I really liked the red flowers in vase with faux water near the beginning of the video. It's the kind I have a few of that my daughters think is amusing when I occasionally mention rinsing off the flowers and thereby dusting off the top of the water. I also would have picked up the glassless arched window frames, the little wooden covered project table, and the wicker bench. Great items today!

That ozeri scale is only $11 brand new. I wouldn't pay $10 for one that was in a thrift store...regardless if it was new in the box. The $11 one can be returned within 30 days

I thought the Pyrex was overpriced! For something that is supposed to be "thrift", they missed the mark! I have been inspired to go thrifting again and I found two handbags and a set of three lacquer trays! I just don't have a Peanut to approve of my purchases! Such a pretty fur baby! 🤗

Nice to see the insulators. I have a collection of varying sizes and colors on my kitchen window sill. Used to be able to pick them up off the ground along the railroad tracks up north!

Hi Jessica, Love that candle holder. As for the Pyrex bowls, I believe that based on the condition of the first two you showed, they were overpriced. They look like they have been through the dishwasher one too many times. I collect Pyrex vintage bowls and more. I bought my first Pyrex primary color bowl set, including a clear glass lid for the largest yellow bowl at a Flea Market when I was in high school for $3.00. That was a long time ago. I have used it my entire adult life. A few years ago, my darling neice sent me a Pyrex, princess snowflake bowl set, which is the crown jewel of my collection

I really like that red clock. How much was that? That fan was loud. Sounds like the bearings are shot. For 70 cents I scored a new sealed 2 pack of PUR faucet water filters. The same 2 packs costs 27.00 at Walmart!!! I got a steal.

Bowls were overpriced. Only the large bottom one looked to be in decent shape, but still overpriced. The smaller ones were all scratched on the outside. If they were a vintage print on the outside and in good condition, then maybe. But those solid colors are very common, imo

I did like the 2 arched windows and wicker sofa. Sofa overpriced. I was able to get wicker sofa, love seat, rocking recliner and coffee table and side table for $100.

Those PYREX bowls were WAY overpriced. I've noticed all the thrift stores are raising prices. Our Goodwill is higher than Walmart. They should just become a Boujie Boutique. Their Good Will is not good anymore. 😢

I’m not a collector of Pyrex but my daughter is, and those prices are actually pretty reasonable, she says. 🤷🏻♀️ I DO, however, collect elephants and anything Mickey so the box and the little lamp would have been highly considered. Now we just need Peanut merch that says, “I approve!”, and I won’t feel guilty! 😉
