Mauritius is unique that is why the whole world wants a part of it and mauritian lives are being destroyed by transnational criminal organizations with drugs, oil spills, money laundering. Pray that God keeps Mauritius paradise safe and saves all lives in Mauritius.
We may have problems but that concerns us not them, they are enjoying the country and honestly as a Mauritian you should be happy about that! Instead of criticizing a content creator show them some support cause it’s not everyday that you see youtubers showing our island.
Some of the best in Mauritius at Lux Grand Gaube, you can go there as a guest. Otherwise, small street places with great food and you eat on the beach with the best views.
I love Grand Gaube beach, it has it all. Pity we didnt meet any pirogue builders

Yes you can but not too much to see except small fish, crabs, molluscs and urchins (wear shoes)
