Love this example! Looks absolutely gorgeous and the insert has faded perfectly imo. And the way the matte dial works with the sunlight in your video... This is a stunning 1675! Ever since I got mine I have never stopped wearing it, mk1 dial with a Tiffany stamp :)
Enjoyed the video, well done. A couple of interesting notes I learned back when I had one of these: there were options available to owners of the watch from Rolex, such as a domed acrylic crystal and the oyster style bracelet in lieu of the jubilee. I sold mine in anticipation of the hunt for a small gmt hand version of the GMT.
Thank you! I got them with a bracelet on eBay, but the seller doesn't seem active any longer. It was just a generic jubilee bracelet that was less than $15
Hi. I’ve been enthusiastically following and enamored with your labyrinth of knowledge regarding horological history. Have you considered reaching out to Moki Martin by chance? Thanks
Great video and great 1675, Watchistry!
Thank you kindly!
I too have this same reference from 1972. Great watch and I wear it almost daily, except when I am wearing my Omega Moon Watch from 1969.
The 1675 must rank as one of the most famous tool watches ever created. Thanks for the video!
You're welcome!
One of my favourite watch models - thank you for an excellent video
My pleasure, thank you!
Another spectacular video. Thank you for producing them!
Thank you, so glad you liked it 👍🏻

Wow, would love a Tiffany one!

Thank you, great info. I love that buyers had the ability to customize somewhat back then.
Still the best looking GMT Master
Thank you!
Cheap Seiko bracelets ain’t that bad, in fact.
Great video! Would you mind sharing a link to those after market end links? Thanks.

Thank you for the encouragement! I've not, but felt that Hodinkee's talking watches interview with him was pretty fantastic
