    FRIED RICE INGREDIENTS for two:
    White rice (cold): Two portions
    Minced fresh pork sausage: One
    Sliced Tuscan Kale: One bunch
    Sliced onion: One and a half
    Red bell pepper (capsicum): One
    Egg: One
    Salt to season
    This recipe is not a vegan recipe but you can totally omit the sausage and egg. It will still taste fantastic without them.
