    Guys, being a Kazakh, it was nice to hear you.
    Dear Jamaicans, welcome to Kazakhstan! During the wars, our country despite his difficulties became a home for refugees and exiles of the USSR from different countries such as Germany, Chechnya, Korea, etc. Our grandfathers shared them last bread. They helped them get back on their feet. That's why hospitality is in our blood

    • @denneilleluke
      @denneilleluke 3 роки тому +4

      @@mediatationking2420 Prejudices exist, even among the locals. The Russian word for a person of the Black race is "neeger" (not spelling is correctly but u should be able to sound it out). People have used that word but it has never felt as though it was used in a racist manner. Many black men are here. Allegedly, some are here illegally so you are likely to get stopped by police for them to check your passport. The same goes for other races. You can't just come here and work (legally) without first being invited and receiving a work permit. I addressed the cost of living in another comment here but foreigners legally working in the country are paid well and most companies cover your rent and utilities ...even flights so your only responsibility is food.

In the city center, rent can run between 500- 1000 USD or more per month (1br apartment). Public transportation is cheap (80 tenge/$0.19 on the bus). average taxi rate is about 500 tenge/$1.17. When she mentions cold plus wind chill. Sounds like where I used to live below Mt. Fuji. I had to relocate. It was too much and not good for my health.

    I was so excited to hear this interview and I wasn’t disappointed. My Mum and I are always trying to name all the “Stan” countries, without Google 😊. Lovely interview.
    Xavier, these interviews from around the world are examples to show that there are nice non racist people left in the world. 🎉🥳👏🏾💞🙏🏾
