Home Remedies for cat colds: - plenty of *rest* - provide *warmth* - nutritious *food* (tuna fish) - keep face *clean* - 15 - 30 minutes *bathroom steam* From personal experience: Mild respiratory soothing essential oils (Breathing Blends) rubbing into cat"s fur, especially on the chest can be very beneficial and supports the healing process.
A stray kitty showed up and he was sneezing and wheezing. After a few days of trying the steam, nasal drops and cleaning his nose, I had to take him to the vet. They gave him antibiotic drops. He really improved until the 7 days of medicine were done. Keeping kitty warm with a warming pad helped a lot. We live in Texas and have the a/c running as it’s Summer. I put a small kitchen towel on the crate to avoid a draft. I just took him to the vet a second time and he said it’s probably a virus. He suggested an immunity powder. I’ve noticed a big difference, but the change doesn’t last the entire 24 hours. I know with supplements they have to build up in your body.
Ya😢so sad…everything redirects to vet😡tats an easy answer….n vet recommended a surgery….really?😡🤦♀️🙄😮💨tis kind of easy way out oso I know how to answer🙄🤦♀️
she's telling you what to do. Make sure they have a warm place to sleep and they get lots of sleep. make sure they eat. You can put a steamy rag around their face or put them by the shower steam. Make sure you clean their face around their nose and eyes. the word remedy means medicine or treatment. not just medicine.
She said: 1) Make sure they get plenty of rest. 2) make sure they are eating quality food. 3) keep your cat's face clean, and observe discharge color. 4) give them a steam treatment. 5) if symptoms are not better after 3 days take your cat to the vet. Those were her suggestions. Common sense suggestions. Observe your pet for a couple of days while doing things to make them comfortable. If their bodies can fight off the virus or bacteria infection great. If after three days they are not better, or they are worse take them to the vet.

My 8 year old cat eats and drinks fine. But has the lazies and all the systems 😢.
I hate to say it now but those symptoms he died from on mother's Day this year I'm going to miss my cute little Tigger 😢
I'm so sorry I think our pets try hard doing anything without causing us pain even running away so you don't have to see them like that God bless you
Right
Where is the home remedies.
