If Ryuga was able to succeed at getting all the star fragments he probably would've been able to evolve Ldrago Destroy into something we couldn't even imagine.
That’s true, they did say that going after L-Drago was all part of the plan to fulfill Hades’ prophecy, and Doji mentions that Ryuga was meant to be what Rago is. Maybe they believed that the second star fragment (the one that became L-Drago) was the “new light,” and that the “pit of darkness” was the one inside L-Drago already. So maybe they thought L-Drago would essentially be the revived Nemesis of the prophecy. Additionally, like was said in L-Drago’s origin story, the fragment already contained some inherent darkness… Ryuga overcame the dark power created by humans’ emotions, and became one with the power of the original star fragment itself. But that star fragment originally already contained darkness, just not the increased version from humanity. So Ryuga still became one with darkness, but the inherent one already originally inside L-Drago’s star fragment, rather than the sentient force created by absorbing humanity’s emotion.
@@doppiovinegaro3525It was a star fragment that contained potential darkness and light. It split in the atmosphere and one piece became Pegasus. The other was found by power-hungry humans and became L-Drago. Ultimately, it was one and the same star fragment.
The sad thing is that Ryuga didn't even think to use final survive combined with absorb mode on Rago. It would've been extremely useful and he probably would've been able to take some of the power Rago stole from him back, if not more.
@@CrimsonBurst758 The facebolt has to move in order for the beys' parts to move. A Facebolt holds all the parts of the bey together, so if the facebolt was damaged to the point that it would break apart if it moved, it could be a reason to not change modes. Though that's not the reason why Ryuga didn't change modes and Ryuga still could change modes if he wanted.
The story would've been way cooler if by some plot twist Ryuga actually stole Orion's star fragment. Tension builds as Nemesis keeps getting closer to his release and Ryuga steals more star fragments, with the future looking more and more bleak. Then in a twist of things, the heroes are able to convince Ryuga to save the world from nemesis using the almighty power he gained from all the star fragments. Ryuga then passes as the release of the full power of all the star fragments overwhelms his body and it's shown he knew that would be a consequence. With his original motive for stealing the star fragments being to become the most dominant blader in the world he would realise midway through his conquest that he would never be able to use his full strength as his body would not be able to tolerate the release of so much power. So when he turned and chose to save the world, he understood that sacrifice. I just personally think that would be a lot more interesting than what ended up happening. Also I feel like they should have said the fragment of the black sun that formed Nemesis had a small portion split off, and that was the piece that became the original Lightning L Drago centuries later. Just would have tied the story together I think.
About the control of the dark power. It also could be because rago embraces the dark energy, as where ryuga vs kyoya in metal fusion happened, the dragons looked at ryuga and he was confused. And vs gingka, he yelled for L-Drago to stop.
Well that scene with Kyoya I interpreted it as L Drago was losing because Ryuga decided not to power steal and rely on his own strength which led to L Drago being hurt and desperate to win as it was on the brink of losing as it stated it was wounded, forced Ryuga into using its dark powers
Small theory of mine, spin stealing works by having a slower spinning bey absorb a faster spinning bey's power. Now because L-Drago is an attack type, it is constantly burning energy so it constanly absorbs spin. What I think is the reason why it couldn't absorb, Nemesis might have been spinning slower and absorbed L-Drago through L-Drago's own rubber
In the beyblade burst series, it is in metal that rubbers help to absorb speed, it absorbs the cosmic energy inside them with its own power. There is a difference. Even if drago stopped stealing speed, the dark power inside the brain tried to absorb it, but because the power of a god was close to infinity, he could not absorb it, but he could have absorbed it in diablo nemesiss in centa l did not work because the metal spring of the dragon broke its place
I think thats why ryuga's aura was orange in masters which i think symbolised his pride, fairness nd stuff and the fact tht he had changed as a person for the better after the events of masters...but in fury ryuga gets overwhelmed with greed yet again so his aura was more reddish ig
11:00 a theory ive heard which i also happen to agree with is that the blue aura is because the power of the star fragment was the only thing keeping ryuga alive at that point after taking the full power of Armageddon. which is why once kenta absorbs its power, it and ryuga disappear
Maybe prototype Nemesis was specifically designed to absorb star fragment power in that rigged ancient stadium. There was probably no other way it could steal power in any other stadium or condition, perhaps. Even if proto nemesis was knocked out, the stadium could be a fail safe
20:43 Nemesis and Ldrago fs come from the black sun. Ldrago was prolly a replacement host for the black sun, but it unfortunately lost released all the power it had accumulated, as well as later being conquered by Ryuga and freed from the dark power of the black sun. When Rago states "Nemesis has become the God of Destruction" I believe that refers to the black sun fully hosting Diablo Nemesis. Both Nemesis and Ldrago were originally hosts or avatars of the black sun (which is the god of destruction itself), but only Nemesis (the Beyblade) was able to successfully host and become the black sun and G.O.D, while Ldrago became its own thing. TL;DR Nemesis is just the name of the Beyblade. The God of Destruction is the Black Sun, which then merged or became Nemesis after it fully hosted them. Ldrago was probably a second wind attempt by the black sun to create another host or avatar of itself while Nemesis was sealed away, but Ldrago became its own thing so the link was severed.
Rago accepts the dark power but ryuga rejected it and made it his own that’s why he couldn’t control it so of course he couldn’t absorb nemesis’s power because ryuga would of rejected it and tried to turn it into his own power which is too much for him to do greed and being the strongest isn’t enough rago had true negative energy and bigger goals which nemesis could feed off of
I think Rago already have some Intense Super Powers to control Diablo-Nemesis and Dark Power as he comes from the Family Line of King Hades, who already got control over Nemesis in the past.
But that wouldn't make sense as Ryuga told Tsubasa to not resist the dark power which is rejecting it and it become one with and give yourself to it to gain more power and free yourself from its temptations and control. Why would Ryuga reject the dark power of Nemesis when he'd obviously do the same thing he did to get Meteo and advised Tsubasa to do?
@@zaidansari3595 actually, Pluto was the one who is the descendant of King Hades. In episode 38 of metal fury he says "Though I take Rago's form, I am not truly Rago, I am the one who destroys this world, I am the god of destruction" so basically he incarnated as Rago but after he escaped the clutches of the Zeus' barrier he showed his true form (the god of destruction) that was why he could control nemesis
My opinion:- While l drago became lightning l drago by absorbing human darkness, anger etc nemesis had the power of black sun something whose power is said to be unlimited and comes from a place outside the universe so nemesis has the upper hand in absorbing and the special stadium makes it worst
the battle with nemesis and l-drago was so so onesided l-drago look so weak in that battle even in the last episode of metal fusion ryuga didn't lost easily but his battle with rago was just like the first battle with ryuga and gingka but the opposite now l-drago were the weak battle in the battle just like pegasus at the time

The original Three metal Series so f****** hard. Never thought I would get invested in characters that fight with spinning top God damn it anime for u!
Lol I’m the most Ryuga fan but yea it’s cause l drago can take the power of any other bey which is right but not left spin but just absorbing the beys spin strength and turn it into its own spin strength making the speed of the bey and power more stronger but with nemesis it’s impossible even having the star fragment and being a bey from the black sun stealing the beys star fragments having the ability to easily defeat the beys and impossible to defeat :)
This was a great video! I always wondered why L-Drago couldn't absorb nemesis power, I thought it was because the power of nemesis was just so much that L-dragos power to absorb nemesis power wasn't strong enough
i think it's pretty boiled down to the part where rago has full control of nemesis' power (and whatever is stolen by ldrago) since rago is the reincarnation of nemesis. rago is not a human; it isn't just his ego when he insults the legendary bladers as mere mortals its because he really is nemesis in the flesh aka the child of nemesis. the one loophole in nemesis' revival is variaries never having to battle in those stadiums that collect star fragment power. hopefully, fans make more discussion and theories on this.
I think watching the battle between Ldrago and Nemesis after looking at everything in the way this video has framed the information given to us is just sad. Ryuga, the character we as kids either loved or hated during Metal Fusion, grew as a person through the series, but he still had greed for the betterment of his own selfish ways. He always wanted to be on top, and his goals were really always the same: to take over. He rejected the dark power, and made it his own when he wasn’t able to just accept it, remember it overwhelmed him when he became literally “one” with it. He was never truly built to take the dark power in its blunt form like Rago. I love Ryuga as a character, he’s my favorite character in the series, but watching the infamous battle thinking of it this way makes it look like the failed-replacement going up against the real deal, refusing to accept that he isn’t that guy. Ryuga spent his entire beyblading career trying to prove to himself that he was the guy, he was the strongest and that he has overcome the biggest hurdle in beyblading. He tried to prove to himself that there was nothing that could stop him, and that there was nothing he couldn’t control just like when he rejected the dark power. The rejection is what makes him different from Rago. Ryuga could have never won the battle, and he could have never become the strongest that ever lived because he simply wasn’t built to handle the amount of power that Rago accepted like it was nothing. That is the difference, and it’s rather sad. I think during the course of that last battle Ryuga had, he must have realized this. There’s moments where he breaks character, and genuinely seems astonished, fearful, and shaken. He went through all the stages of grief during that battle, finally coming to acceptance of his demise, passing on his power to Kenta when he accepted the fact that he simply was not Rago. Even if he wasn’t Rago, I still think he was the strongest human to ever live.
Its very interesting what you said. But the series didnt give a chance to ryuga to prove himself.I mean imagine what would happen if ryuga had absorbed all the power of the star fragments before meet nemesis. He would envolve l drago to something that we cant even imagine and destroy rago or if couldnt control all of them then comes what you said. In my opinion he could control them and envolve l drago because ryuga is not the same guy he was in metal fusion that was not even able to control kyoya's power. He master dark power and he was ready to absorb every star fragment like he did to chris without have any problem while absorbing his power.Anyway we really dont know what would happen if things was different thats why we shouldnt make conclusions about rago and ryuga. One more thing, you said ryuga isnt the strongest without thinking that ryuga in his battle with rago was against the power of all bladers in the world including legendary bladers and his own power too.And still he was equal with nemesis while nemesis using the 50% of its power.Imagine how powerfull ryuga is. In other words ryuga would beat the shit out of nemesis if rago used only his own power...
@@Jimmy_2635 thats a good point at the end, rago's nemesis had the power of all beyblades in the world, not just the legendary bladers and ryuga's l-drago was abe to clash with him for a little while he was near 50% of his power. The thing is, pluto actually said "nemesis isnt even using half of its power" so we really dont know if it was actually close to 50%, maybe it was 30%. Still very impressive lol. Is was L-Drago vs (Nemesis+Pegasus+L-Drago+Leone+...every other beyblade) which is pretty insane. Everyone else teamed up against him and couldnt do shit at all. He didnt even budge. Anyway i do think rago also has a capacity to absorb more power than ryuga, which is why he was the true chosen one to control nemesis since he was more evil and willing to submit to the desire of the black sun and cooperate with it so.
@@josemou6172 the all thing between ryuga and rago is just unfair bro.The only fair battle between them to see who is truly stronger is nemesis vs new ultimate reborn l drago(the l drago ryuga would evolve if had absorb the power of all legendary bladers).Only with this battle can you see who is stronger.Btw i believe if this battle had happened ryuga would have sent rago in the pit too among with doji😂
Also, minor correction here... L-Dragon had two star Fragments. The one it was made from and the one it ate to become L-Dragon Destructor. And maybe fractions of Orion's Star Fragment. Nemesis had at least 10. The one it was born from and the nine it ate. And Nemesis is MUCH older, so it had more time to gobble up evil energy. Even if Ryuga didn't remove, subjugate, or polish the Dark Power, Nemesis still would've been the one eating L-Drago's power. Though it is interesting how Nemesis ate Rago and Pluto, yet after becoming Meteo L-Drago, L-Drago never tried to eat Ryuga again. I'm curious about why. Why is it that when he had L-Drago eating Nemesis's power, it wasn't trying to possess him? Is it a difference between the Beys and the negative energy they've amassed? The Bladers? Both? Or was Ryuga deliberately cutting the Dark Power out of L-Drago's meal? Or is L-Drago sentient and chose not to absorb Ryuga again due to a bond? Afterall, Pegasus and Leone were shown to have a degree of sentience. It's unfortunate that we'll probably never know.
Dang, I should have definitely taken into account the fact that Ryuga's Ldrago would have an additional star fragment basically. Ryu says that overtime that Ldrago and pegasus changed shape, not sure if that means they made modifications, took out pieces of the star fragment etc, but I think the reason both Bey's are so powerful is in part due to the fact they have a higher concentration of star fragment compared to other beys. Its a good reason for Ldrago to want to try to focus on absorbing pegasus in fusion, and why there was such a focus on absorbing pegasus in fury. I've got a theory about the bond with Ldrago and Ryuga, I just have to hav the time to make it.
@@emeraldminer6067 In the case of L-Drago and Pegasus, I think their power has more to do with the blader. As we saw with Galaxy Pegasus in the beginning, power is utterly useless if you don't know how to use it or if the bey is unwilling to listen. Sure, they are exceptionally powerful Beys, but I don't think they would be as powerful in the hands of someone else. The reason why Ryuga never lost to Gingka (did I spell his name right, it's only been 10 years XD) after Battle Bladers is because there WAS a Bond between L-Drago and Ryuga- something that wasn't there before. At first, it was more like a buisness agreement or one trying to control the other, rather than a genuine partnership or friendship. But once L-Drago evolved into Meteo L-Drago, a bond existed. Ryuga only lost to Nemesis because it was a blatant cheater. If you gave both equal power (the power of borderline every bey in existence) then Ryuga would've been picking Nemesis apart, hell, he even made Rago and Pluto nearly wet themselves- because even when he was eunning on fumes, he still managed to use a Special Move. That says something. And L-Drago was only (mostly) successful before bonding with Ryuga because it was a cheater of (almost) the highest order.
@@emeraldminer6067 You should try doing analysis videos on the OG Beyblade series with Tyson, Kai, Ray, and Max if you ever watched it If not the full episodes are free on UA-cam on the official Beyblade channel as I'd like to know why story wise when G Revolution came around bladers just stopped summoning their Bit Beasts from their beyblades
Ryuga's power was LDrago, a part of mother earth Gaia as Dynamis explained, 1 out of 4 seasons. It's benevolent in nature I'd assume no matter how much dark influence Nemesis had on it. God Nemesis on the other hand was originally evil or just programmed to be inherently evil. That's just it. Greek mythology comes into play a bit after all.
A simple way of thinking about it is that Nemesis is basically comprised of bits of all the season and planet bladers spirits (apart from Kenta cause his was given by Ryuga and both Sagittario and L Drago have the same season type of constellation which is why you see Nemesis use Ldrago's dark spirit to fight Sagittario in the true final battle) all combinded into one so im theory (lol) Nemesis has access to everyone's ability in a way. A good eamole would be Jupiter's weight since the Diablo wheel is the heaviest, or Pegasus's FD mode since it can change its driver at will from a semi flat tip to an extreme flat tip. Point is Nemesis could have the same potential to spin steal just like L drago but since Ryuga is basically fighting the dark power which he learned to reject and make a new power out of it on his own, it makes sense that L drago would at first try to absorb but eventually backfire since it would just corrupt the spirit and Ryuga all over again. But as for Nemesis, it sees L drago as a unique power birthed from a fragment of itself (the dark power) and wants to have a taste of that, and naturally is able to start absorbing L drago
As a beyblade fan this video was pretty interesting to see man you should definitely make more videos like this because I’ve always wondered why this happened as well
Extremely well thought out theory. I've got two points to add. Metal Fury emphasizes on the idea of being Chosen ones and descendants stuff. Rago is a chosen blader warrior (and called the Child of Nemesis iirc). That explains why Rago could control the dark power whole Ryuga couldn't. Next to consider, the probability of LDrago and Nemesis's Meteorites encountering the Black Sun is pretty low. But there's no reason. That the two could have come from the same meteorite. Allow me to propose two theories. 1. LDrago comes from a different meteorite than the one in Koma Village. (As per Ryo's story). It makes no mention of how old they are relative to each other. The bey culture where Nemesis was there did interact with the bey culture from Koma Village. (I mean The descendants of Mercury lived in Koma Village.) So it could be possible that a fragment of Nemesis made a mess that Koma Village's Pegasus went to deal with. 2. As per Ryuga's story, LDrago was a normal bey that got corrupted by human greed and stuff. Let's say, That LDrago was a bey inherently capable of stealing other's spin and was probably the first Reverse Rotating Bey. We know the dark power can be passed from blader to blader. Perhaps someone who faced Nemesis had a bit of the dark power in them, and they eventually faced LDrago. And it was here that LDrago got the dark power.
My thoughts exactly. Also my 2 cents : *Originally Nemesis was once sealed by 9 legend bladers, 5 solar system bladers who were almost crushed but them mother earth Gaia awakened her power through 4 seasons bladers. In Dynamis' history lesson, we see Gaia's power(Most ancient Primordial goddess in greek mythology that is basically the origin of Kronos, Zeus and the rest) is very significant. *LDrago is only 1 of 4 seasons even though he's very capable of matching 3-4 Legend bladers. Still he would lose to Nemesis. *The hierarchy is interesting here. Nemesis is an ancient god/goddess that Gaia can't match with only 1/4th of her power! See?? *Rago's star fragment is thousands of yrs older than LDrago's that absorbed negative power throughout millennia. And maybe even before that one, more star fragments came with Dark powers before history was written. *I strongly believe Nemesis tries to revive itself in this process throughout the whole universe for millions of yrs, going to different solar systems, earth-like planets, different civilizations. We only see a tiny fragment of it in our planet in our lifetime. It's much much more ancient than we can even imagine.
Well short answer is plot convenience. The stupid directors wanted to replace ryuga with kenta as a legendary bladers. And then naturally kenta will give his power to gingka. In the end they wanted to show gingka as the sole saviour of the entire world. Ryuuga would never give his power to gingka. Instead he would prefer absorbing the power ofo all legendary bladers and destroy nemesis by himself. Ryuuga would've taken all the glory. Another answer which could be more reasonable is bcoz l drago and nemesis were fighting on the temples stadium. The stadium is rigged to absorb power and give it to nemesis. If it was an ordinary stadium l drago would've absorbed all of the powers. Ryuuga was just too dangerous for the series to continue. He was heavily restricted.
@ryuga-kishatu I somewhat agree. I'm still kinda irked that kenta was able to damage L Drago it's just silly scriptwriting from the director. I also think the stadium that they were battling in gives nemesis an advantage because it's made for it. If ryuga's bey isn't damaged and didn't get his power absorbed then he has a good chance of beating rago and proto nemesis. It's crazy how ryuga himself is like a god to the other legendary bladers, he is just the strongest blader on earth if we're talking about legit skills.
There's also a theory that Kenta's Diving Claw scratching the Face-Bolt of L-Drago Destructor played a hand on why it failed implying it's Kenta's fault.
There was definitely something to the facebolt being scratched bc they kept showing it in detail, I always just thought it was a sign that Kenta forced Ryuga to take him seriously and that he had to keep his promise, more of a metaphor type of thing.
@@emeraldminer6067 Also makes me wonder what we're writers thinking having Ryuga after his perfect arc in masters regress back to his fusion self in fury, maybe they felt Ryuga was too perfect of a character at that point?
@@aozorahaou2643 Tsubasa even asks him his motivation and its just like, "Because I can" I think the writers wanted for Ryuga to fall back a bit that way he could rise up again because of Kenta. I think he got his upgraded ldrago and was used to never losing and he just got cocky.
@@emeraldminer6067 That could be it since he is able to beat the one guy who's able to beat him twice, one in Masters and one in Fury in his rebuilt state
This is a really interesting and complex theory. I think the point about different color auras signifying different motivations is very important and has been very historically accurate. For example, Gingka and Yuki are probably the most pure-hearted characters in season 3 and they both have blue auras. Also the new star fragment itself, appointed to the four season bladers by King Zeus, has an inherently blue color as it was appointed with good intentions. Like you stated, Ryuga's aura (after overcoming the dark power) has a lot more variation from lighter orange to dark red depending on his intentions. The one point I would question is how similar the star fragment that created L-Drago, and the star fragment that created Nemesis are. The star fragment for Nemesis seems to have had an inherently darker purple color (even before becoming a beyblade) than the fragment that created L-Drago. I would just question whether the fragment that created L-Drago traveled through the black sun in the same way, as it overall seems to be inherently less powerful and have less of a will of its own (this power difference may explain why Nemesis overpowered L-Drago when it came to absorption). Nemesis was able to live and fight even without an owner to control it, whereas L-Drago needed an owner (we know this because L-Drago was just left in a crystal in Koma village for years doing no harm). From this I would question if the dark power in L-Drago, and the dark power in Nemesis have differences. Also, Nemesis' dark power did not seem to be infectious like L-Drago's was. I do completely agree with you in the similarities that both fragments have the ability of power absorption and bring out the negative feelings and desires of humans. Overall, great theory! I am just now starting to make and upload videos and series about the beyblade metal saga, so it's awesome to see that the community is still alive and active. Looking forward to seeing more of your theory videos!
This is the only time that I've ever encountered a theory for Beyblade metal fight, and you have delivered it exponentially. Ryuga, for me, was a turn off for villains from the metal fusion, but he truly redeemed himself after that and actually show that he is beyond determine to get powerful no matter it takes. Not only does he get stronger just by his own, but by rigorous and brutal training, he is one of the few who had become one with himself and his beyblade. And what sets him apart from bladers like Ginka and Kyoya is that he doesn't need any "power of friendship," only his own is enough. And that is why Ryuga is the BEST character in the whole metal beyblade series.
I’ve loved regardless rather villain or Anti -hero he is the best! But your part own him growing in strength by himself that’s some BIG FACTS right there 🔥 🐉
@@boosthow9189shoulda been on toonami or adult swim the manga is so brutal it definitely wouldn’t air on normal Cartoon Network which I’m fine with I enjoy the manga more than the anime
Ryuga and his character development is very similar to a saiyan in dragon ball named Vegeta. both their pride and power are menacing, but end up having consequences like this one. both also have followers of strength such as Kenta and Cabba. however, say nemesis only had the power of the 3 star fragments originally working together which was dynamis, chris, and aguma. me personally I think the dragon emperor is stronger than all of them combined and the last episode upon his death proved it. he would’ve been able to absorb the power if possible

The blue color when Ryuga gave power to Kenta symbolized color of star fragment. Gingas blue color is different and if you watch how star fragment split or the colours of constolations thats the color. When ryuga wanted to give up his power it activated the bacic aura of star fragment. Just my theory but Im pretty sure thats how it is. Also I dont think that ryuga was being corrupted by dark power in metal fury and that he could always steal power but by overcoming the dark power he got control of what he wants to do with L-Drago's abylity (power stealing).
My thoughts in this are developed by slight differences between Ryuga and Drago. Ryuga was born very powerful. He was found by Nebula and Doji in his teenage years to obtain L-Drago. Problem is, guy was absolutely not ready, because of lack of any physical and importantly - mental training. He had handed maybe the most powerful force in world at that time, which eventually corrupted him and nearly destroyed him(and harmed him physically). Only with great concentration he learned to at least dominate that power. Drago is much different. He is descendant of Hades, the first wielder of the Power of Black sun. And he is coming from a long descending line of Hade's power wielders. Before he even touched it with his hands, Drago probably trained all his life for that moment. Also, I think he had taught some secret Hade's self made techniques to control Nemesis power. Also, did nobody ever wondered how easily Drago connected and made link with Nemesis IN MOMENTS after acquiring beyblade for FIRST TIME? It's never mentioned, but I think there is a possibility, that, if Nemesis was "alive" for all this time, Drago somewhat telepathically connected with it and made a bond YEARS before he even touched it.
The only conclusion is that Nemesis was the one who created el Drago so that he could ensure his return after Nemesis was defeated. He used el Drago to absorb and feed on the evils of people and then revive Nemesis after all the power that el Drago had absorbed was emptied into him. So the power of El Drago is a small part of the power of Nemesis
The first star fragment that came and became nemesis passed through the black sun and dynamis said that it took some negative energy from the Black sun.i think it kind of matches what el drago was but more evil power. That's my theory
Awesome video. I really enjoyed it. This show is on repeat on channel 1440 on samsung tv plus. I would like a true sequel when they are adults and do an adult tournament with the return of Ryuga.
Thanks fren appreciate it, yeah we got zero g which was pretty cool handing it off to a new generation and the successor of Ryuga, but I think they should've done more than just having doji return again for the third time, can't anyone else besides the hades people and the garcias be villains?
It could be possible that the reason ldrago couldn't take nemesis power is because they both came from the same star. Because we see nemesis true form is mainly ldrago's body just changed a bit. So it's possible that it was just getting absorbed back into its other half the place its supposed to be.
@@thephoenix5474More in this case Nemesis and L Drago's individual Star Fragments came into contact with the Black Sun before they arrived on earth in separate time periods.
Well i really liked this video but my theory is that when the two fragments fell from the sky just like Pegasus l drago was also a positive power but it was just that pegasus fell to good hands and stayed pure while l drago fell to wrong hands and got corrupted from the greed jealousy etc stuff and become dark. Meanwhile the fragment which turned into diablo nemesis was already dark even before reaching earth by absorbing the negativity of the black sun as it was stated in the anime so diablo nemesis contained more dark power than l drago. BUT if ryuga was able to controll the dark power itself without turning it into fire power then through out the series i think it would've contained more dark power than nemesis and could've abdorbed diablo nemesis. Guys just imagine if ryuga could've controlled the dark power he would be way more powerful and op than he already was eventhough his personality would've remained the same as in the anime

"There's always a bigger fish" - Qui Gon Jinn if Nemesis' power level is at 1000, and L-Drago's power level is 999, the stronger bey will be able to drain the power. 999 is not divisible by 1000.
There was a part when gingka first battles Ldrago where pegasus does increase its rotation speed, they mention it, but ldrago absorbs the actual energy behind that spin, think about it like torque, high spin speed might not matter as much as the force behind it
Ngl, i feel like you are really good at documentary type videos. I am not a fan of pokemon at all (which i see your channel is mostly based on) but imma stick arround.
i agree i came to the same conclusion if only ryuga had taken a chill pill and meditated he coulda realized this posibility and taken the others fragments before the confrontation personality really came down to it in the end
As for blue aura it's star fragment pure form when it is not fused with a bey and bladers power it's whites blue ryuga used it's pure power give kenta his star fragmet
i have a theory that when ryuga dissappear he is not dead he just like teleport vanish and just left a bit of blue energy and looked like he vanished but he did not and also made kenta rage like me when playing pokemon trying to get a certain pokemon
Great video and theory! Interesting point about the dark power only being able to absorb opposite rotation. What do you think would happen if Tsubasa with the dark power actually faced Ryuga in metal masters? Who would absorb who
Ryuga himself said it was only a small piece of the dark power, so I'm not sure how much it would absorb. Meteo Ldrago only increases in spin power, where as earth eagle might absorb the energy withing ldrago itself, but only a little bit.
Yeah I think Ryuga could spin steal from Nemesis using the rubber but he got too greedy and tried to absorb the spirit. If Meteo l drago faced Nemesis I think it could spin steal without issues
I would like to see your theory on how Ronin Dragoon was made and if its has any fragment for L drago at all since they wrote off Ryuga in the anime but Sakyo said that he gave Dragoon to him (implying that Ryuga somehow made it with the synchrom system that the WBBA created after the Nemesis crisis) which doent fit in chronologically but it does in the mamga since Ryuga was still alive and well and even trained Sakyo. Would it mean that Ryuga actually came up with the synchrom system by himself (but just didnt know what to call it and didnt patent it) in his own time in Metal Fury and met Sakyo off-screen and gave to him (maybe as a backup plan in case Nemesis waouldmt be able to be defeated) which would also meam it wouldve had to happen before Kenta started following him cause then Kenta wouldve known Sakyo
If Ryuga got all the star fragments L drago would have been reborn but he failed to absorb the power of Nemesis because the whole time L drago was trying to drain Nemesis’s power Nemesis was actually gathering L Drago’s power and that’s what caused it to evolve in Diablo Nemesis
Ginka did get power from Keyoya , Tsubasa and Hikaru in metal fusion and in the final Metal fury episode he gets everyones power , Is this something special to Pegasus or Ginka is a special perspn or maybe there was no dark power there so it was not that difficult to control for him ...
Lightning L drago could power steal (spin steal) by using its own dark power but ryuga overcome that dark power he basically removed dark power from L drago and turned into its actually own power (lightning L drago was getting its power from dark energy) and that turned into normal physical power of L drago as rubber parts so Nemesis was observing power by using megical power (dark power) but L drago destractor was using physical power (that comes from robber part) And in the end magical power overcome physical power and nemesis won against L drago
It’s as simple as because LDrago is now free from the dark power on its own from training, it can no longer absorb something it wants to reject/does not need
Note when Ryuga is “absorbing” it’s taking the star fragment not the dark power, but Ragos bey can siphon LDragos now because it’s a non dark power bey which is shown
Im a fan of L Drago, most fav beys are Blitz Striker, L Drago Guardian and Meteo L Drago. All these aside, I think that the simplest explanation would be that L Drago cant really fully absorb more star fragments in addition to its own since it's already at its final form. He maybe able to absorb more but it may just be a temporary boost like the overcharge concept in games. Nemesis however needs the fragments to evolve into its complete form. Basically, L Drago needs its own star fragment to become 100% while Nemesis needs the other 9 to become 100%. Nevertheless L Drago Destructor still remains as the strongest legendary bey not named Nemesis. If we're talking about a blader's skill then that's another story since aside from Ryuga and Gingka, Masamune and Kyoya are also up there.
It could be either Nemesis' star fragement and L-Drago's star fragement were both corrupted by Black Sun. Or THEY COULD BE MADE FROM SAME STAR FRAGEMENT. We know there wasn't just 1 Pegasus bey. They had many failed attempt, which included Galaxy Pegasus (too powerful for anyone to handle). Why isn't it possible both Nemesis and L-Drago were created from same bey? We don't know how long L-Drago's been around before it was sealed by Gingka's ancestors.
What if all the legendary bladers would have attacked nemesis at the same time while L-Drago was absorbing its power Do you think it could have worked?
I always wandered why did Rayuga died or vanished or whatever , he gave Kenta his star fragment so he should't dissapear but he did , why ? It looks like he gave his whole soul to the Sagitario and anime make me feel like he's died but does he ?
Well, I thought when ryuga was giving his star fragment to kenta, the blue aura we see was the star fragment itself. Edit: Maybe be the reason as to why rago can handle all that energy is because when the dark power Star fragment that eventually become nemesis. When it first arrived and was giving to that evil king, due to long exposure to the dark star, it might have changed his dna, and made him be capable of using nemesis and just being a biological superior blader, also being able to hold and control more energy. Since rago is the descendent of that evil king, then rago must also have genes that the star changed in the original owner of nemesis
As Explained in the anime One Piece. Darkness can function like gravity and pull everything in like a black hole. In other words, this can relate to the absorption ability of the Dark Power.
Here is the thing , if both meteorites that fell on Earth were from the same material , it makes sense that both L-Drago and Nemesis have the same abilities to steal emotions . If by chance both meteorites were one and the same but somehow split mid-flight it makes sense that only Ryuga and his L-Drago could aweaken Proto Nemesis , regardless of the star fragment within L-Drago . While Nemesis had fed thousands of years negative emotions , L-Drago had the same road but Ryuga by sheer will power overcomed that power and learned to control his bey . On the other hand Proto-Nemesis was given that he wanted for centuries and so nobody dared to stand against him or master him twords his peak , besides Rago in the present . He can control him as well as he did because Rago only wanted the same as Nemesis did as the Black Sun . So yeah Nemesis and L-Drago kinda were brothers somehow , or one and the same , but tamed and wielded differently . But because Ginga changed Ryuga during the years of battle , he did not want the same level of distruction as Rago did and in the end , Ryuga proved to be weaker than Rago and that lead to his demise and change of heart twords Kenta .

Additionally, like was said in L-Drago’s origin story, the fragment already contained some
inherent darkness… Ryuga overcame the dark power created by humans’ emotions, and became one with the power of the original star fragment itself. But that star fragment originally already contained darkness, just not the increased version from humanity. So Ryuga still became one with darkness, but the inherent one already originally inside L-Drago’s star fragment, rather than the sentient force created by absorbing humanity’s emotion.

Yes it was spinning so slowly

Maybe prototype Nemesis was specifically designed to absorb star fragment power in that rigged ancient stadium. There was probably no other way it could steal power in any other stadium or condition, perhaps. Even if proto nemesis was knocked out, the stadium could be a fail safe
The real reason L-Drago couldn’t absorb Nemesis’s power is most likely because of the damage to the Face Bolt from his battle with Kenta.
It uses rubber to absorb, not the face bolt
We've dug ourselves into a rabbit hole with this one. Man so much plot and history and hidden lore behind 1 single scene

I loved this series as a kid and I find myself coming back to it every year!
Ryuga is my favorite character in metal saga
@@emeraldminer6067
In the case of L-Drago and Pegasus, I think their power has more to do with the blader.

If not the full episodes are free on UA-cam on the official Beyblade channel as I'd like to know why story wise when G Revolution came around bladers just stopped summoning their Bit Beasts from their beyblades
As a beyblade fan this video was pretty interesting to see man you should definitely make more videos like this because I’ve always wondered why this happened as well
I think it's because Ryuga has given up the dark power and can't absorb it anymore. Especially when there's so much of it.
I always watched beyblade metal fury , can’t believe it’s been 8/9 years , great video❤️
It went from gods of destruction fighting and stealing energy to a sport where people talk to hunks of metal and plastic
Fr such a downgrade
Just imagine how power L-Drago would be if he actually got all the star fragments
Nemesis would have been slammed
We saw Pegasus with all star fragments and bladers' powers, and it bested Rago lol
@@BeastXIS Not true. Gingka was still getting slammed.
Also my 2 cents :
*Originally Nemesis was once sealed by 9 legend bladers, 5 solar system bladers who were almost crushed but them mother earth Gaia awakened her power through 4 seasons bladers.
In the manga. Rago was literally the incarnation of evil god nemesis himself. He is not a human being
In zero g ryuga is also not a human anymore
True…I liked ryuga he was my favourite
Imagine if ryuga actually absorbed proto nemesis... He would evolve into a god like nemesis maybe even stronger than diablo nemesis.
Both make sense
@ryuga-kishatu I somewhat agree. I'm still kinda irked that kenta was able to damage L Drago it's just silly scriptwriting from the director. I also think the stadium that they were battling in gives nemesis an advantage because it's made for it. If ryuga's bey isn't damaged and didn't get his power absorbed then he has a good chance of beating rago and proto nemesis. It's crazy how ryuga himself is like a god to the other legendary bladers, he is just the strongest blader on earth if we're talking about legit skills.
Yeah the directors indeed made a huge mistake which is why zero g flopped
“You can use a hammer to build a home or crack a skull”Isaac castlevania season 4
@@emeraldminer6067 That could be it since he is able to beat the one guy who's able to beat him twice, one in Masters and one in Fury in his rebuilt state
@@emeraldminer6067 facts
L drago didn't enter the black sun. The humans who found l drago used it for evil greed and all negative emotions which created l dragos dark power.
if the aura thing is correct then kinds aura is orange while his intentions are good...
I appreciate it fren, yeah I know thats why I wanted to make it cause there wasn't much around it
I’ve loved regardless rather villain or Anti -hero he is the best! But your part own him growing in strength by himself that’s some BIG FACTS right there 🔥 🐉
If anything I think IMO, Kyoya is the only natural strong blayder who doesn’t need friends or rubber, and dark power.
@@prabhjotdhesi4015 yeah

Wow! ive loved beyblade all my life and ive never seen someone make a theory video on the series or anything.
This is amazing
Some guy parting the red sea with a beyblade is the funniest thing ever
Ryuga and his character development is very similar to a saiyan in dragon ball named Vegeta. both their pride and power are menacing, but end up having consequences like this one. both also have followers of strength such as Kenta and Cabba. however, say nemesis only had the power of the 3 star fragments originally working together which was dynamis, chris, and aguma. me personally I think the dragon emperor is stronger than all of them combined and the last episode upon his death proved it. he would’ve been able to absorb the power if possible
It's confirmed that sakyo got his bey from ryuga so he most likely survived
He was definitely stronger than Yuki aguma and dynamis combined
My thoughts exactly.

4:38 kyoya is like "I don't want to hear the boring history"
The blue color when Ryuga gave power to Kenta symbolized color of star fragment. Gingas blue color is different and if you watch how star fragment split or the colours of constolations thats the color. When ryuga wanted to give up his power it activated the bacic aura of star fragment. Just my theory but Im pretty sure thats how it is. Also I dont think that ryuga was being corrupted by dark power in metal fury and that he could always steal power but by overcoming the dark power he got control of what he wants to do with L-Drago's abylity (power stealing).
This was a fun and interesting analysis that you made!
Good vid bro, nice to see people still make videos on this show
Metal Fusion be like:
Hades:I want Nemesis.
Doji:We got Nemesis at home.
Nemesis at home:Lightning L-Drago.
Rago was amazing villain in my opinion
Thanks fren appreciate it, yeah we got zero g which was pretty cool handing it off to a new generation and the successor of Ryuga, but I think they should've done more than just having doji return again for the third time, can't anyone else besides the hades people and the garcias be villains?
its called shogun steel
@@Yami_Pegasus that's what I said
It could be possible that the reason ldrago couldn't take nemesis power is because they both came from the same star. Because we see nemesis true form is mainly ldrago's body just changed a bit. So it's possible that it was just getting absorbed back into its other half the place its supposed to be.
When nemesis and l drago came from same star?
@@thephoenix5474More in this case Nemesis and L Drago's individual Star Fragments came into contact with the Black Sun before they arrived on earth in separate time periods.
we all know it was actually because there was a AA battery powered rotating neodymium magnet under the stadium that connected to proto nemesis
Actually Ryuga's red aura is his own aura and blue
is star fragments
Really nice video mate!
ryuga had huge ego also, he didn't think about what he was doing at point, he thought he will do it because he wants too
Great analysis man this was a very interesting video to watch.
20:25 about why doji needed ryuga is kinda simple to awake nemisis they needed the 9 legendary bladers and they lowkey did know if nobody taked ldrago there wherent gonna be 9 i think cuz they played there roles and ryuga was the perfect summer type

Ryuga is a fragment of the black sun he just learned to take the evil

The metal series was the bayblade I grew up with
"There's always a bigger fish" - Qui Gon Jinn
if Nemesis' power level is at 1000, and L-Drago's power level is 999, the stronger bey will be able to drain the power. 999 is not divisible by 1000.
Yeah that was pretty much my logic too fren. They already had most of the star fragments so nemesis' ability to absorb was stronger than Ldrago's
Dude, this video was awesome!!!!
I have a different question, why couldn't pegasus absorb spin?
There was a part when gingka first battles Ldrago where pegasus does increase its rotation speed, they mention it, but ldrago absorbs the actual energy behind that spin, think about it like torque, high spin speed might not matter as much as the force behind it
Dude if Ryuga was in beyblade burst or zero G he'd embarress everybody.

Appreciate it, I made a Ryuga documentary for metal fusion but it got me a copyright strike cause I used too much footage
i agree i came to the same conclusion if only ryuga had taken a chill pill and meditated he coulda realized this posibility and taken the others fragments before the confrontation personality really came down to it in the end
honestly seeing the potential threat that beys can be i wouldn't be surprised if there were laws in the anime that are similar to gun laws. lol
@@jackh4275 No, Meteo L-Drago couldn't.
Dark tsubasa didn’t even absorb only L.Drago has that ability and nemisis
@@shadowmoon3062 Dark Tsubasa only fought beys with the same rotation as Tsubasa, and he didn't get the chance against Julian.
It was like Vegeta vs Android 19. Nemesis was so much stronger that the energy that got absorbed didnt matter.
I think the beys were made after the nemesis crisis which is why he must have survived
Very nice video, keep up the good work!!!
Awesome , LOVED it , do make more theories if you have about other metal saga bayblades 🙏
I find strange similarities between Gravity Destroyer and Variares D:D ...
Ginka did get power from Keyoya , Tsubasa and Hikaru in metal fusion and in the final Metal fury episode he gets everyones power , Is this something special to Pegasus or Ginka is a special perspn or maybe there was no dark power there so it was not that difficult to control for him ...
Lightning L drago could power steal (spin steal) by using its own dark power but ryuga overcome that dark power he basically removed dark power from L drago and turned into its actually own power (lightning L drago was getting its power from dark energy) and that turned into normal physical power of L drago as rubber parts so
Nemesis was observing power by using megical power (dark power) but L drago destractor was using physical power (that comes from robber part)
And in the end magical power overcome physical power and nemesis won against L drago
His Beyblade had a crack after being injured by Kenta, I think this was the main reason why he had no time to assimilate the power for his own use.
It’s as simple as because LDrago is now free from the dark power on its own from training, it can no longer absorb something it wants to reject/does not need
Note when Ryuga is “absorbing” it’s taking the star fragment not the dark power, but Ragos bey can siphon LDragos now because it’s a non dark power bey which is shown
PLEASE MAKE MORE METAL FIGHT BEYBLADE CONTENT
working on it fren
Bro King really turned Super Saiyan
It could be either Nemesis' star fragement and L-Drago's star fragement were both corrupted by Black Sun. Or THEY COULD BE MADE FROM SAME STAR FRAGEMENT. We know there wasn't just 1 Pegasus bey. They had many failed attempt, which included Galaxy Pegasus (too powerful for anyone to handle). Why isn't it possible both Nemesis and L-Drago were created from same bey? We don't know how long L-Drago's been around before it was sealed by Gingka's ancestors.
Nemisis' star fragment fell into the earthvlong before l drago's
What if all the legendary bladers would have attacked nemesis at the same time while L-Drago
was absorbing its power
Do you think it could have worked?
They'd have just gotten blown back, they just needed Zeus' barrier
9:37 bell would have said the same thing after all he’s the demon king.
I always wandered why did Rayuga died or vanished or whatever , he gave Kenta his star fragment so he should't dissapear but he did , why ? It looks like he gave his whole soul to the Sagitario and anime make me feel like he's died but does he ?
Fr

20min video of explanation of why L drago lost against nemesis*
Me- yup
