Gho St The Navy is a branch of the military, The Navy SEALs are a special operations unit which stands for SEa, Air, Land. They go through some of the toughest training in the world and are warriors. The rest of the US Navy sail on different type of warships and submarines.
Gho St yes, the army has the US Rangers and the US Army Special Forces (green berets). Airforce has Pararescue jumpers, Combat Controllers etc, Marines have Force Recon and even the Coast guard has the Deployable Operations Group
If you can't do a hundred push ups with ease work on it. Find out as much as you possibly can. If your going Seal look up the wheel of misfortune. It kind of gives you insight into their punishments.
There is no best "special force"... Assuming you meant operations group there but whatevs... Each countries units bring some aspect they are more proficient at then others. Other factors include the military culture there, funding, involvement etc. I was at BAF with some ODA's and met some Swedish Operators who were just as high speed as the SEALs who were getting ready to forward deploy were. Also whoever said "America- USMC, Delta, SEALs." Might wanna do some research before you compare the two to the one lol
Erin Bejtullahu I do not know about seal's, but in Lithuania our SF operators careers end depends from some factors first of all skills level, if you are really good at something, for example sharp shooting, hand to hand combat, sky diving and etc. than you can stay as long as you feel physical fit for duty and can successfully complete minimum requirements for physical tests, second factor is your rank, if HQ staff are feeling need for your present at SF HQ or in the battalion, than you can stay as long as your present is required by higher SF HQ officers.

Delta Force a tier one operative maybe, a pretty good chance. Army Rangers: a specialized infantry group. No way, keep wishing. Delta force is one of our only tier ones. Nice try though.
Navy SEALS have pretty much the most intense military training camp in the world. Read The Warriors Heart. The training is insanely difficult. Any person put through that training would kick anyone ass.
