In simple terms this is a parody design. This is iffy from a licensing standpoint. The property owner could send a cease and desist. I try not rely on parody as much as trying popular references.

I’m a bit confused about it. I’d really like to do this kind of designs, however some youtubers warns that it might “get you in trouble.”
these designs fall under fair use, under technicalities this falls under satire repurpose and parody. in a court of law this is a fair use concept.
