    Thanks Jillian.
Going to share this vid with my wife. She is not clinically obese, still she gets down on herself for not being able to lose the pounds she wants. She is in her late 50's.
I just turned 60. People are surprised at how young we look when they find out how old we are. Ok great, but we are trying our best to maintain whatever youthful vigor we have left, along with a positive mind set because to me, a positive out look CANNOT be overestimated. I feel great no processed crap sugar, no white flour, no junk, no, None, NADA. My job affords me the opportunity to move my body, and I work out on avg 3 to 4 days a week for about 1/2 hr to 45 mins esch session. I LOVE feeling healthy and clean. Some of the tips you provide I never heard before. Will try it out!

Thank you, Jillian. I've just dug out my Ripped in 30 again and I'm halfway through week 4. The results are amazing - so much more effective than the hour long workouts at a lower intensity that I was doing before. I'm proud of myself for doing this at 61 and I feel fitter than I have in a long time. I'm wondering what I should do after I have completed the programme.

I want to get to the next level in my weight but don't want to further reduce calories and eat pretty damn healthy already. Is OMAD too much for this 53 year old woman? What do you recommend moving forward? Is it a healthy lifestyle to continue? I will mention that I do feel the BEST I have felt in my life these past 2 years, but want to make sure this is safe long term AND to get to my next goal size.

I live where there are a lot of hills. Some are steep and walking up them really gets my heart rate up and I have to take breaks. Is that sufficient, or does it check some of the boxes of weight loss. I've started walking these hills 3x's a week. I dread it but I do it. And now I need to cut out the alcohol, I don't eat out very much so I'm good with what I eat and I don't eat much if any sugar but I do love rice so another struggle there. I have to say Jillian Micheals workouts are no joke and she had me down to almost my goal and I ate whatever I wanted, but dont do that. I stopped working out stuff was going in my life and I gained all the weight back. Lost some gained some. Been a roller coaster ride. Now I started again at 160 down to 155. I need to lose 15lbs and need to add more excercising in! As I am watching this video, I am eating white tuna over baby spinach with 1 packet of oil and 1 packet of vinegar. So good. I love eating healthy, but I need to stick with it. I never had to worry about weight until after I had kids and getting older. Totally sucks. Good luck to anyone trying to be healthier!

Okay my question is say that you don't really do that much moving around but you've eaten all your vegetables and your smoothies and your salads earlier that day but you've been working out also throughout the day by for instance right now I'm down to about 5:00 in the after I had my nice little smoothie and my pretty good salad that I was eating throughout the day and I worked out maybe about an hour hour and a half but I went to dinner time and I thought I was hungry drink smarter and ate a couple of bites and I felt satisfied is that okay with losing body fat and weight loss

I have a question. I have looked for the answer in other videos but can't quite find what I am looking for. I am doing Body Revolution and am on week 3. During the week, I mostly get to workout around 7:30pm. But on the weekends, I like to workout around 11am. I want to know if it's safe to run through each days particular workout twice if I can make the time when I wake up in the morning between 5 and 6 am, then do it again in the evening? Would that be too much? I have A LOT of weight to lose and just don't feel like I am doing enough.

      Long are those videos ?
Starting out losing weight a small amount of time works with a great diet.
As we adapt our body can handle more and personally I need more. Little more tome over period of time.
Walk or something mild instead of intense training twice a day.
Make sure to stretch legs wells quads hamstrings calfs. Drink lots of water. Keep diet clean and lower calorie. Adapt to healthier choices as time progresses.

Have you tried keto? Lower your carb intake to a minimal amount, moderate protein and lots of fat. Check it out. I started over 3 years ago, lost 17kgs in 12 weeks and have maintained that loss. But, more important, health issues I’ve had since a child have disappeared, I wake up at 5am…boom!…let’s go! Before keto, it was all I could do to get up at 7. To me, it’s been nothing short of a miracle. Do your research 😁😁

What I would love to see you do Jillian ---- REMAKE a NEW Biggest Loser Show - that uses NO scales. Call it Biggest Winner or something positive. Only body measurements. Beautiful positive amazing body transformations. And instead of a top prize being crappy cash (making contestants act low character) make the price a lifetime package of groceries, fitness gym equipment, huge reward of healthy things NOT cash. Reframe the show with that positive amazing energy you have in your youtube channel, and show them how it really should be done. It always seemed like you hated the old 'gameshow' 'bad contestant behavior' and 'bad cash grab unhealthy formula' that the old show was. 7 months ago I stepped on the scale once for a starting weight. Using your calorie in, calorie out methods, NOT keto - healthy foods. I'm fitting into stuff I fit 20 years ago in highschool. 12 inches off the pant sizes, from XXL to L. NO scales. No weight fixation. Just HEALTHY POSITIVE change. I don't plan on stepping on a scale again. How cool would your new show be !😁
