first of all, thank you sm for taking the time to go slow and to show where the yarn is going when u make a knot. Most of the macrame videos I've watched so far is so confusing because of how fast they are how they don't show it slowly. SECOND of all, this is so amazing tysm one more subscriber
I was looking for something to macrame and then I saw these and decided to give them a try. Honestly I felt like giving up and finding something else but then I watched the video again, closely. I dont think I had been doing it right....now I am working on my 3rd one and I also want to try to macrame the angel. Thankyou for the work you put into videos! You could do other things but you take time to make videos so other people can learn to macrame better! Thanks again!
I'm going to watch again until Star is as perfect as yours (we are really all made stardust) and that's exactly what my star will remind me off Thank you again
These stars are adorable! I was looking for something to macrame and these came up. They would be perfect for something small to add a last love touch to a gift!🤍 Thanks for putting time into the video! Also the other things you make in other videos are cute to!
Hahahaah omggg I just spat out my tea reading this! 🤣 Thanks so much hun, glad you enjoyed it! Ps: I WAS LITERALLY JUST TALKING TO MY DAUGHTER ABOUT HOW INSANE 5 mins crafts is, I couldn’t believe it when I read this, ☺️☺️
Thank you! Here is a link to the cord, it’s a great 4mm string: amzn.to/4a2v7De If that link doesn’t work, it is also in the description below the video, I’ve just updated it!
Thank you for taking the time to explain what you’re doing. So many videos on here are just someone tying knots to distracting music- no verbal instruction whatsoever. That makes it pretty tough for those of who are just beginning.
Hi, I havent always been left handed. Car crash 25 years ago. Anyway. No matter how I do this my knots end up on the reverse. Should I just do it on the wrong side and flip it. Any helpful left handed tips? Ty
Yes that’s totally fine, you should cut about 4 extra inches the first time just to make sure you have enough string to make up for the size difference.❤️
Very beautiful 🥰 I started doing macrame wall hangings and bags few months before and I actually learned how to do it from your videos ☺️ You can be an inspiration for a lot of people, 💜 love from Japan💜
This is a novice question, is it 19 inches once it's folded, so 38 inches when I cut it? Or cut it at 19 inches? My rope feels like it should be longer.
Just in time! This is beautiful, I've been searching for something like this and found yours. Love this so much. First I thought it's crochet.🥰 But it is not.💗💗💗
I'm 10 years old and my mom told me if I could do a macrame and saw this video! Thank you very much 🙂

Add another section to it.?!
Hi, I havent always been left handed. Car crash 25 years ago. Anyway. No matter how I do this my knots end up on the reverse. Should I just do it on the wrong side and flip it. Any helpful left handed tips? Ty
Could this pattern be made with 5mm cord instead? Beginner here :) Thank you
Yes that’s totally fine, you should cut about 4 extra inches the first time just to make sure you have enough string to make up for the size difference.❤️
Hi!!
What kind of cord can I use to make it? Thank you (:
I believe you can use most cords so long as the aren’t too thick.
I always do my Lark's head backwards so I have to turn the string around to have the finished result!
Wow, thanks!!!
My pleasure ❤️🙂🙏🏼

Very cute. Quick question, if you want the finished ornament to be smaller, can you use a thinner cord?
Yes, most definitely a thinner cord would be exactly how to get a smaller ornament! ♥️🫶😊
Very cute 💜💜
Thank you Rhonda!
What is a regular knot? Is that the same as an overhand knot?
Υπέροχο. Ευχαριστώ για το βίντεο τι κλωστές χρεισημοποιειτε;
i wish tht u would teach us hw to do granny spuare
Can u tell me what size macrame cording you are using?
I don’t remember off hand I made the video a few years ago but if you watch the video it is always in the video AND the description below.
Love these 😍😍😍😍
Thank you so much hun ❤️🙏🏼🥰
Thank you for such a lovely tutorial!! You think I can do this with 3mm cord instead of 4? Or will it be to thin (not hold its shape)? ♥
I’m glad you like it! As for the 3mm I think it will be fine, slightly smaller but I think it will be cute!:)
Thank youuu 🌼👏👏
My pleasure!🙏🏼❤️😊
@@soulfulnotions2648 ❤❤❤😚😚😚
So cute!! If I use 3 mm cord, would I still do everything the same?
Yes, I’ve made them with 3mm and they’re great!
This is a novice question, is it 19 inches once it's folded, so 38 inches when I cut it? Or cut it at 19 inches? My rope feels like it should be longer.
Whatever the length given is, that is the total length, always.
Thank you! This was amazing♥️
