And so interesting to hear Sam and Josh speak in their regular voices. They both did American accents really well.
And they should have done Nabiyah's hair like that in the series. It looks awesome and so disco!
best show I've seen in a whileeee wow. So special to me being a musician and a fan of the 70s. So good, such an amazing cast and acting, the soundtrack was 50/10! I sobbed uncontrollably for 40min watching the last episode 😭
We need a season 2. Reunion tour. The story is RIGHT THERE. And we need a tour irl.

When Billy manipulates Daisy into singing the song he wrote by giving her what she is begging for ( the 1st kiss session) , then he watches her sing the song just the way he wants her to do it, with smoldering looks and the tiny smile of satisfaction, I can almost hear him saying “good girl” with no words. I am not sure if he was really falling in love at that point or just trying to bend her to his will, but that scene blew me away. As a retired musician who then went on to marry my “Billy”, I can see this in our past control / relationship struggles with the music, as well as the mutual strong pull of attraction.
Also, the fact that Daisy lays out her feelings freely, she is always a bit off balance wondering, hoping, giving up, then Billy drops a crumb, a secret smile while singing on stage, the wink, more touching while performing and she is right back …. It all resonates … been there, done that. Makes my heart clench just remembering it all….I could help coach the sequel. Powerful stuff ❤

I normally hate book adaptations because they don’t put effort to put the movie/show like the book. Daisy Jones and the Six is ultimately my fav book of all time. They did such an amazing job with this adaptation and the characters were exactly how I imagined in the book!
Same. I loved the book more overall, but I DID love that the show did interviews with everyone about Camila in the end. I felt that was missing from the book. And Camila deserved it ❤️

One of the best cast selections and performances in a series on the rock music with new songs capturing that famous time line in our music world! DJATS will be honored and awarded a host of recognition and trophies for a job very well done! I already have the Album and it is so good, and Reese and Amazon rock for teaming up creating this marvel rendition of the author's best seller DJATS!!!! May this epic series go down as one of the best ever.
I don't know why they had Nabiyah Be there. She only spoke once and there was no opportunity to dive in deeper about the character she brought to the screen. She needs her own space to share her the experience. This was a bit painful to watch... They barely engaged her even though she had a strong presence and brought a unique layer to an otherwise typical storyline. They were also fine having her sit there and not be engaged.

I really hope that Daisy Jones and the Six is going to be put out on DVD! I love this series so much. Great series, love everyone. You guys need to talk more to Simone, she's so good! I hope that we see more of her. The chemistry between everyone, was fantastic! I really love Daisy and Billy, what great chemistry those two have. (from Sandi)

Shame not a lot of people are watching this amazing tv series.
awesome show. really enjoyed it and I don't like much of any tv shows in recent years. how refreshing to have a character (husband) remain true to his marriage commitment (tho confused by what he felt for Daisy). The characters were all really likeable and come across as ethical moral humans though not without their deep struggles & brokeness; just as most of humanity in real life.

Suki Waterhouse (Karen) was the weakest character in my opinion.

I can't believe how much I love this show. Music is great and show feels authentic. I adore Fleetwood Mac and I don't care what anyone else thinks, I know much of the influence for the band had to be Fleetwood Mac. All the drama between the members of the band brilliantly culminated in the last episode and it's inevitable climax. Just makes me thing how strong and dedicated Fleetwood Mac was to keep the music going with all the angst going on. The Chain captures all the dynamics that haunted Fleetwood Mac.
Please go on tour! I can't let this amazing group go!!
Just Wow! Absolutely loved every single actor/actress in this movie! Great performances! First time I've seen Riley other then social media news, and I was extremely impressed with her acting and singing skills! She has done a phenomenal job, as did the rest of the cast! Just didn't want this show to end. Every person brought such strong characters! Absolutely loved everything about this 🍿🎥

the way everything about this show delivers? the 70's, the music, the people, the characters are all very distinct (esp THE women😘), the bands, the rock and roll and sex and drugs and alcohol, the romances, THE SCRIPT! ugh, God! I could gather all my favourite lines into one big journal. also, i think its unfair that they have their own spotify profile just to make me more miserable to think they are real at some point of life.

I watched this because I can not find a clip of my favorite scene on UA-cam, which shocks me. IMO the best cover ever of Ooh La La by The Face and it’s not to be found. Now, I find out that it’s Riley’s favorite scene too. Someone explain the absence please.

If there is a season 2 to come, I'll be so on board with it!! The cast chemistry is everything and all how I pictured the characters from the book to be. But if there isn't, that definitive ending stayed true to the Taylor Jenkins Reid book in my opinion; you cannot change the fact of different audience, different medium when it comes to book-to-film adaptations. But what a show, what a performance. One of my favourite shows in a long time.

It was incredible, I cried, laughed had existential realisation in my own life because of this series. Broken, raw, and real.. I feel like they're my friends too.
One thing I hope, though, is there is no second series....I can't see where it could go, really. But I'd go to a concert to watch them
Sebastian is mega cool and sexy here. He didn't really portray that kind of character more in the filming he was the loveable goofball.

Totally second Riley's nod for the Laurel Canyon house party; very warm and intimate scene with the power outage and candles, even if in that verse of Oh-la-la Rod (Stewart) seems to be recounting a tale (through Grandpa) of when his girlfriend fell asleep and left him nursing blue balls!!

Wow ok.❤ This is coming from my heart. All cast members including Teddy and Road tour Manager and rest of cast here I have never ever seen in my life such amazing show for one but not only that all the preparation retakes etc etc filming all cast had to do All these cast members had such an amazing talent in acting so I was so so proud especially Sam and Riley never having such experience with music as I read In Documentary of film. This totality blew me away that Sam and Riley after all rehearsing etc etc they were their own actual singing wow! Plus rest of cast their awesome performances in the music industry. Daisy Jones and the six is my utmost new I would have to mention my favorite movie I watch over and over. This film had so much heartfelt dramatic scenes in whether losses of relationships together or scenes of Billy and Riley closeness Everyone in this movie went through something of their own personal lives and dealing with that takes a lot of heart due to broken issues of their own. So back to this clip here I loved how every got to say what was their favorite scene and how much time it had to take filming All cast members here were like family and how they got to know each other and have fun with filming I want to say everyone’s key scene spoken of was heartwarming to me I got such a big kick out of what everyone had to say Closing of interview and I thank you all for this especially I wanted to cry group hug❤❤❤ Well done movie I would recommend to all my contacts Thank you all

I rarely watch a program, movie, etc more than twice. I watched TGIS over & over again… Brings me back…. I was in-between the era. I hung out with some cool people trying to make it.
This is hands down well made, with a dynamic cast. I do not want to leave out the incredible disco scenes, and the loving, yet heart felt scenes
