    New hoteliers should draw inspiration from this and consider opening more such hotels and restaurants like Sattvam that serve Sattvik food.👌👏

    Didn't know such a concept even existed. So, Sattvic is more vegetarian than regular vegetarian??!! Wow! I wonder how impactful it is on gut health.

      Sattvic food is more than just vegetarian food. Proof of the pudding is in eating it. So, you must try! Good gut health ensured, its all about balance.

      Onion and garlic. Mushrooms are considered non-sattvic as well.
