🌟 Day 2 Highlights of Susan’s Visit to Jagathi Foundation! 🌟
Today, we had the pleasure of hosting our esteemed guest, Susan at two different Govt. Schools adopted by Jagathu Foundation @ Hyderabad.
School 1: Govt UPS School, Bandamkommu
We started the day with an welcoming Kolatam dance, celebrating Indian tradition and culture with the children.
Our dedicated volunteers, Mrs. Rama and Mrs. Pravallika, conducted engaging Math sessions for Grade 7 and Grade 6 students, respectively.
Susan engaged with Grade 3 students, emphasizing the importance of physical health education.
A meditation session was beautifully led by Mrs. Shweta Kumari and Mrs. Kuheli Sen Srivastava from Art of Living, educating students on how to bring peace and focus in them.
Susan served midday meals and Bananas with love and care, followed by a playful bonding session with the students.
School 2: Govt UPS School, Madinaguda, Hyderabad
Under our Flagship Program “Dvija”, Susan distributed Pattu Lehengas(made out of gently used donated silk sarees) to 25 girl students, bringing smiles and joy to their faces.
⁠Students performed a cute cake walk and dance in the new dress, much to the excitement of Susan
It was a heartwarming day filled with meaningful interactions, joyful moments, and a shared commitment to empowering our future generations.
