Rosemary, I am concerned about you because I haven’t seen you upload in so long! You’re such a wonderful lady, I love your personality and your clever ideas! God bless you!
Hi Lynn and thanks for checking in! No worries! I'm doing well just completely overloaded navigating several life changes including selling and buying a home and moving. In addition to not having access to my computer, filming and editing equipment, materials and workspace during the move out and move in phases, I also had a period of time I was between homes in this crazy market! I just last week was able to access my computers and the material I had filmed prior to the ramp up of the sale/move out process and hope to have that edited shortly. Unfortunately, I also need to finish several of the projects that were left in limbo which means I need access to all of my crafting materials which is a whole other moving mess!! 😵😖😵 But I am diligently working to get back in the saddle and hope to be back shortly. Thanks again for your concern and kind words! God Bless!😊💗
Hi Julia! And of my gosh is it ever so soft! I couldn't help myself but to use yesterday. I was afraid to use because I didn't want to get dirty but they are absolutely irresistible! 😊💗
I had an old thick mattress cover and it laid around in my laundry room for 2 months. I couldn't think of anything to do with it. Well instead of feeling like a hoarder... I threw it out. Now I see your video. I could have made a lot of pillows. Thank you for your wonderful ideas. Love from Lakeland, Fl.
Oh no! I hate that! But if it is of any consolation, that happens to me ALL THE TIME! I will have something hanging around for years and almost always, within a week of getting rid of it, I find a use! UGGGHH!! But glad you enjoyed the video anyway! 😊💗
I miss you so much Rosemary! Hope all is well with you!!! And in case case life has got you down, you're in my thoughts. Happy holidays, really hope to see you back soon!!!!
Thanks! So glad you liked the pillow DIYs! My daughter and I came up with the idea when we made her apt pillows. We were IKEA and they had probably 10 different totes one cuter than the next and just 99cents. We also were looking for throw pillows and since the totes were cuter than the pillows, we decided to just make pillows from the totes!😊💗
I love these! You can also no sew without heat, using a double sided fabric tape! It’s usually next to the Stitch Witchery. (I’ve ruined items with the iron before.) Word to the wise, once it’s stuck, there’s no way to separate it!
I have been thinking about you and wondering how you are doing and decided to search your page to see if I missed any videos or updates. Somehow I missed this awesome video. Very easy to do and very clever pillow ideas!! 💗 Hope you are well❤
I love ALL of them Rosemary! I never thought of the straight iron! Genius!!! 😍 Using hair bows and hair accessories is a great idea. I can't wait to go on the hunt for some canvas bags and placemats from DT!💕
Great easy peasy ideas for some adorable pillow ideas and they'd make super housewarming gifts, quick birthday gifts or even new brides shower gifts in a rush!! Plus SOOOOOO easy to make the crafty challenged! My hat is OFF to you!
I love using dollar tree items to make pillows and I always use my hot glue gun👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 I like that you used place mats, going to have to try this diy thank you for sharing your talents with us 👍🏾
Last Christmas I bought expensive-looking placemats at Dollar Tree- they looked like little tapestries! Glueing two together over cheap stuffing gave me extremely attractive seasonal throw pillows. Rosemary, I really enjoy your highly informative videos!. Your instructions are easy to follow, and the end product is always rewarding.
Stitch Witchery came out in the early.70s or late 60s. I suspect the name was edgy enough for the time. I made outside pillows using DT bath mats. I had the he brilliant plan that I would use the sewing machine. Well they were so thick I ended up sewing them together by hand. I used plastic grocery bags for stuffing. My dogs love them. I love your pillows. I find hand sewing to be relaxing, but next time I will use hot glue, or another means to put them together. Here’s to your area not getting too much weather from… the weather. 🤙🏻💜
Hello Miss Mary! Always thought is was called Stich Witch! When I pulled it up on the internet to get a picture, I couldn't believe it was actually called Stich Witchery! Also, I probably haven't used that exact brand since the 70's! I just always pick up whatever brand they have at the store I'm in when I need and never really pay attention much to the brand. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the idea of using plastic bags for stuffing on out pillows! Genius!! And yes, we dodged a bullet in this next of the woods with Ida and praying for LA. It's just brutal!
These are all great ideas! Love them all! One tip...when you cut off the canvas top of the bag, you can crochet around it to make a decorative bag and the handles are built in already. Thanks for this info. I need to make a lumbar support pillow.
So creative! Also, thank you for addressing when to use hot glue. I’ve seen no sew pillows using hot glue and was doubtful, but your explanation made perfect sense.
Hi Tonya! Awesome! So glad you are going to make some. And thanks for the tip! I had no idea they make fabric hot glue!! I am going to be on the look out for that and def going to pick some up. 😊💗
Lots of great ideas here, thank you Rosemary! I will definitely scope out my local Dollar tree to see if they have any placemats or pillow cases that I can try these with.
Friends and Faith and The Cars Meow. I made so many Christmas pillows from placements by using a seam ripper and keeping the silky back on the pillow. I love pillows so all of them look comfortable to me.
Thanks! I am so happy with how that came out. I've had a selection of pillows from when I redid my room several years but was never really that trilled with them put this set is the perfect combo! And dirt cheap too! 😊💗

My favorite is the pillow made with the white cloth from automotive. Also really like the scalloped pillow with the headband embellishment.
Hi Julia! And of my gosh is it ever so soft! I couldn't help myself but to use yesterday. I was afraid to use because I didn't want to get dirty but they are absolutely irresistible! 😊💗
Thank you thank you thank you. Very nicely done. When you're on a budget with limited funds to use these make great gifts for everyone.

I love these! You can also no sew without heat, using a double sided fabric tape! It’s usually next to the Stitch Witchery. (I’ve ruined items with the iron before.) Word to the wise, once it’s stuck, there’s no way to separate it!
What brand of hot glue do you use?
“Hot and ready like a Little Caesars pizza”…you’re hilarious!
Love these no-sew projects.

Seriously WHAT dollar tree is this 😭😭😭 the ones around me NEVER have nice things like these
Exactly !
A bunch of crap is what they REALLY have. These videos are bogus.
Usually the ones that offer dollar plus. They have $3 and $5 sections.
Try visiting dollar tree in areas where the cost of living is 2x-4x higher and above as yours. You'd be amazed at what they have.
Rosemary you are so creative, TFS these pillows are amazing
Love them all, but especially the bandanna!
Thanks! So glad you liked the pillow DIYs especially the bandanna! And they have so many pretty colors too!😊💗
