Maybe we should start a Kickstarter project to get this track released. This track is still in my head for years!!! And by the comments i am not the only one!! Thumbs up if you agree!
@@yeeoo5772 thanks a lot for that man! really appreciate it, anyway i can download that? the link just automatically plays the song on the site but no actual download.
This is amazing... I really LOVE this bit he does. Squarepusher is a big inspiration to me, both cause he does a really interesting style of IDM and jungle, both of which are my favourite, but also because he plays bass - and I myself have always been a bassist. He truly draws a bridge to show the possibilities of all you can do, and I hope some day I can be up to his level. I love bass, I love experimental electronic music, and this is far beyond! I'm in constant amazement when I see anything about this guy, a whole whopping decade after the video was published and it's still inspiring people, that's all I need to say about this! Thanks for the upload and recording, and thanks to Squarepusher, he sure pushes me to try my best to be creative and work on my little personal music projects! Best of wishes!
There's an interview here on UA-cam with Mike Paradinas of Planet Mu Records talking about how there's an unreleased Squarepusher and AFX collaboration. It would only make sense that this would be part of it since they're the only two people playing it.
@flametard I don't think a studio version would surpass this. A live track can have an energy that a studi one doesn't, imo @digitalblasphemy1100 a sony DV tape thingy. I guess i was positioned at the right place as well as SP's setup being particularly good that day
Is someone going to release this fucking song ? I don't care if it is AFX or Squarepusher just put it on vinyl, cd or as download because I can't wait to get a clean version of this song together with the "Aphex live in Rome " part of the song.
There was a mp3 of the first part of this track (original - not live recording) going around the internet a while back but it was labelled as an AFX track. I think I still have it somewhere. Does anyone know if the entire track ever became available?

Look for "Cylob Live on Kando FM 2003" for higher quality of this track, he plays it at around 29-32 minutes
Nothing comes up:(
You're the man!
