I plan to start the day after Halloween! Last year I started November 4th. This year I am in a bigger house and I’m putting 7 trees up so I need time! Love what you did with this one!

I enjoy how you bring it all together, turned out great ! I like the topper "twinkling" the way it is here. Normally, I like to have mine all ready - inside and outside ready to turn on Friday night after Thanksgiving. But I purchased a new tree last year and love it so such Im itching to get it out of the box now !! lol I will only have 2 up this year..one stays up all year, my birds and butterflies tree. I cant imagine doing as many as you do. lol Thanks for getting us started.

I start in October but buy the main tree after Thanksgiving and start with the ornaments. I have 6 other small trees I decorate. I'm usually done a day before Christmas. But I do start after January with color selection on my main tree...so it is a yearound thing

Love the unique theme. Over the years I have come up with new ideas for themes. Hence going from 1 tree to 9. I still use many items from my first tree just repurposed. I am also going to add lights to the center of my trees. Since there is a limit on how many lights you can connect, how do you deal with this? Can't wait to see how you use the other half of the decor from the woodland tree. Are you going to do the peacock tree this year. I'd love to see the process. Hint, hint!!! LOL
Thanks Melissa! Glad you enjoyed. Nine trees is quite impressive...you give me something to aspire too! These LED lights don’t allow you to plug in additional sets, though they do come in longer lengths with more lights. On my 12 ft tree, I actually run a brown extension cord up the center of the tree and that allows me to plug in the additional sets as I get higher up. And thanks for the feedback on the peacock tree. A video depends on my overall decorating progress this year. It takes so much longer to decorate when filming (not to mention the time to edit the video, which takes away from decorating 😊). But it’s always helpful to know what people want to see so I’ll try to get it in this year. Thanks so much for the comment and for watching!!
