@Gunai Tarde Hi ma'am, I understand that u r not from HR department in CG, but since you are a Sn. Employee, help me with my query regarding "revised DOJ". It's been 7 months since I had rescheduled my DOJ due to unavoidable circumstances and till now I haven't received any new tentative dates despite trying to contact HR through emails, calls, msges but no response at all. I received an auto-generated mail from official CG fresher hiring mail stating that "As per our records, we have extended a job opportunity for you to join Capgemini in November 2022. However, we find that you have refused to accept it citing personal reasons, and requested us to defer the date of joining to some other future dates. Consequently, we were compelled to defer your DOJ . Your DOJ can occur at any time during the year 2023, subject to the availability of a suitable position that aligns with your profile". However, I'm unsure abt the reliability of this mail b'coz already 7 months have gone. Selected off campus so no recruiter assigned. As a 2019 grad, finding job opportunities as a fresher in the current market situation has been challenging. As a result, I'm in the state of waiting & hoping for another chance to join CG . I kindly request ur assistance in addressing this matter & providing clarity on the revised DOJ as I didn't refuse the initial offer, I only requested to reschedule my joining for a later dates. Thank you.
