Tuesday livestreams start at 7pm EST (12am GMT), Saturdays start at 11am EST (4pm GMT). You can catch them on UA-cam or Twitch (though Twitch tends to be safer with how trigger-happy UA-cam's Content ID system can be), and he always finishes with "Hey Al".
