Your videos are some of the best quality that I’ve seen. You get a true sense of the flow of the home rather than just shots of each room. Thanks for sharing and please keep them coming!
This lovely home has a lot of nice features. I like the tall ceiling to the entrance hall, also in the first room off the entrance hall i like the 3 small windows and the pillar's dividing the dining room from the living room/kitchen area and the fact that it isn't too open plan and does have some internal and partition walls. Also not forgetting the nice pool and the nice tiles that surround it. I live in the UK and we are about 20 years behind in design and standards of the homes currently being built in the USA, our homes in the UK are quite bland and unimaginative, lol.
I don't understand why, when they build these nice and expensive homes, that they put in the cheap metal shelving in the closets from Home Depot. They need to put in some custom shelving to fit the style of the home. Especially at these prices.
It's all about saving money. They know it's not going to stop anyone from buying the home. . If they save $500 on every home and they build 35k homes..... They just saved 17.5 Million.
@@PaulBaker007 Good point Paul..but could also be said if they build 35K homes @ $350,000 with a $50,000 clear profit on each home...they have made $1,750,000,000 !!
That is how they get you to fall in love with the house. Upgrade everything, the house they sell you doesn’t look anywhere near how this looks. We bought a house from Meritage 4 years ago in Horizon West and I must say it was a lesson learned. Major complaints as of today, the insulation is not that good and the house gets very cold when it gets in the 50s or colder, the AC units they installed named Lennox. Complete junk, they leak refrigerant and it better start leaking while under warranty or it will cost u an arm and a leg, to fix it. If you’re thinking about buying from Meritage ask about he AC and the name brand, if they say Lennox, RUN! You will save 10k
Mostly builder grade materials, especially those sad tiles in every bathroom. Prefer hardwood floors. How close are your neighbors? Are the homes cookie cutter? Want to know more about the home. It was staged nice , I’ll give that one.
You can put anything you want in it. They are close together. All the new homes in that area are. Land is really expensive. I can find you a custom home on a large lot, if that is what you are looking for. Let me know.

Nope, one bad storm.
Omg i thought of that too...
And i live in boca raton fl😣😥
Id like to know the price
The base price starts at $641,990. They do build it for less money in other cities.
@@PaulBaker007 thanks
That master bedroom was beautiful. do these homes have basements we never see them??
No Basements in Dr phillips. You need a hilly area for a walk out lower level.
Apparently you can't be "Big Boned" and make it through the front door.
It is a standard size front door. All bone sizes will make it through.
