The worst part about screen printing.

The first part about screen printing is reclaiming screens. Well at least for me it is. Its dirty time consuming and did I say dirty,
So in this video I break down all the steps you need to take to properly clean a screen.
step 1 - prepping dirty screens
Step 2 - Removing all the ink
Step 3 - Emulsion Remover
Step 4 - Haze image remover
Step 5 - YOUR NOT DONE YET!!!!!

You should use a drill brush with different pads on them

Get a spray bottle with water spray the tape before throwing in the trash bag and it won’t stick .

Do you need to clean the ink from the screens after every use or just once a week or so.?
I just started a single color local business and mostly do black on light color t-shirts.
Do I need to clean the ink from the screens every day if I'm using again the next with the same color.?
