RB sir, me and my wife are great fan of yours. Our journey following your videos started round Mar-Apr last year. We really enjoyed how you explained the dish history and also origins of ingredients. I myself enjoy cooking and use to always tell my wife cooking is perfect blend of art, science and love. That's how I easily connected with you. But last couple of months I feel some how I am not able to connect to your videos. Some charm is missing. Videos seem to get loaded just for sake of publishing. I means sir if someone know how to cook chilli panner it's evident he/she should be able to cook chilli potato or chilli idly isn't so. This is just an example sir pls don't consider it as criticism or troll. Lot's of Love.
I don't know who does the camera work for you, but the attention to detail at 7:20 was impeccable. The way the focus shifted to exactly where the sev was being drizzled, satisfied me more than the end product. 🙏🏻🙌🏻

When I was small, and UA-cam wasn't so much easy like today, I always opened the tv and saw food channels . There was hardly 2 or 3 where I could see my favourite chefs Chef Ranveer, Chef Kunal and Chef Vikas. Shows were also very rare, once in a week.. I saw entire masterchef season where they were judges and loved it. It was the best season for me ❤️ Now I'm so happy I can watch all of them whenever I wish 😊😊😊
