I like It. You guys solved the red truck problems. Now we van get a volume boost for solos, nice eq, good high gain (at least it sounds ok here on this video), and also a good compressor. Nice.
I have one and love it , my rig is light tight and powerful. It replaced my red truck completely as I dont need my compressor , eq or clean boost pedals to accentuate the red truck . This does the job. I also have 2 micro preamps 002/007 have not tried in the fx loop yet but I am going to try than on .Also my Radar at some point too. It would be great if you could do a couple videos using this with micro preamps and another using Radar . Thanks much great work, love your products !!!!!!! CJ
Did you mispeak? The 4th cable should go to the main input of the amp no? The Black Truck would slready have a cable plugged into the effects return, and effects send, via the send/returns on the Black Truck.
I get very good results going direct into the amp Blsck Truck mono.output into the input of the amp . Works very well with just about any amp. My tones cut through in the band mix and sound great
With four cable method, can the EQ (set to POST) provide a solo boost (with no additional preamp gain) for the drive/dirty channel on a high-gain amp? On my Marshall DSL, the best way for me to do this now is a graphic EQ pedal in my amp's effects loop. I'm considering the Black Truck to simplify my rig.

Any tips to take the edge off and smooth it out? My guitars are all single coil pickups I LOVE the Overdrive it really sounds great as well .
what i'd try to do is using the high gain setting together with the eq, cut the highs a bit, push the high and low mids and cut the lows entirely. just tweak the eq to your liking and don't forget tu put it in Post mode
Is Mooer in the same class as, say, a Boss or has it overtaken it's competitors with inexpensive but good quality products? Or, is it still lagging behind a bit? Generally speaking, that is.
Is it possible to use with Acoustic electric guitar only space or modulation sections ?? Just in case , sometimes when using Acoustic electric.. Thanks..

Not that it sounds bad, but I just won't really use it much. It's a little gainy for my stuff. I would have loved it if you guys used the Black Secret there. I understand why you guys went the metal route, but the black Secret would not only make sense in the black truck naming convention, but it's also one of your best pedals. Anyone who has one will say it's among the best rats you can buy, and certainly for the price. I know I would void the warranty, but is the hi gain circuit standalone ? What sort of clipping is it? LED? Opamp? Thank you in advance
You can roll the gain way back on the Hi Gain and shape with the eq , I play country and country rock it sounds really good . You can put a Black Secret in the fx loop .....works well there.....
REALLY need to make a multifx pedal with more modern/eclectic variations - dont need Overdrive AND Hi Gain - maybe hi Gain and a fucked up Fuzz Muff crunch sound - dont need flange/ phaser - get some rotovibe/ some synth sounds - delay and reverb is always great but add some modern flare like the shimmer and multidelay tap vibe - even put a small expression wah pedal - NO 6 band EQ is necessary . Im tellin ya you make something eclectic weird and diverse and youll rule the roost - all the multifx have the same exact shit - do something different and daring - the pedal size is great and quality superb

Hello. I have a doubt and surely you can help me. I've never had this pedalboard in my hands, but I understand how presets are created. What is not clear to me is if each preset created is saved exactly as it was done, that is, are the parameters of each effect included in the preset (levels, tones, gains, etc.) saved? I'm asking you this because I read somewhere on the web that "preset mode only save the switch state, but parameters cannot be saved".
@@fuzzmangr The 4 cable method is the best way to get the best of both worlds. The modulation fx pretty much never sound great in front of an amp.. IMO..

Question here, I was informed that is possible to use the headphones output and the normal outputs at the same time, this information is on the manual btw... but I when I plug a cable on the headphones out, the normal outputs are muted, am I doing something wrong here?
I saw in a different Video (don't remember which one) that the signal is diverted to the Phone Jack as soon as it's plugged in. Meaning, you can't use both at the time :-(

You have ambient reflections from your room. That is noticeable immediately when you play your clean sound. All following sound examples are colored and therefore useless. Also your intro is too loud compared to your actual video. This is 'official' ????

Red Truck: Drive, distortion, delay good. Modulation is so-so. Reverb not very good.

Mod section sucks. On red truck, reverb and tuner unusable. Red Truck only good effects: both drives, the boost, and delay. That's it. Got one.
