Happier Days for The Floyd !
An absolute must for any real Pink Floyd Fan like me and you! 😮 Thank You
Dall'inizio della carriera all'infinito!
Seeing David and Roger playing and smiling together just breaks my heart every time.
Sublime !!!
Atom Heart Mother + choir + orchestra = Stellar performance
Pink Floyd, in every form it had taken, is the best band of all time
I’m 64 and have listened to PF since the late 60’s and I never grow tired of them. Genius doesn’t say enPugh. Talent like theirs only comes around once in a century. Thank you Pink
How cool is it to see beautiful French people dancing to "Let there be more light"!?!
A GREAT 59 minutes !!!!!! R.I.P. Syd and Richard 🙏🙏
My love for pink floyd grows and grows every day. Simply geniuses and unique.
I feel the same...for me it's the greatest band ever...not only music for my ears, also medicine for my soul ♪ ♫
🎸 ❤️ ❤️...💎
....me too guys... and I am 49 years old.... this is a good vibes for Life 👍💗
Great to see and hear David Gilmour playing in this era. Looking and sounding every bit a part of the 60s guitar set! Great raw playing on let there be more light.
I only recently came to appreciate Richard Wright's vocal contribution to the band.
Remember A Day and See Saw are my two favourite tracks on Saucerful. Always wished they'd given Rick a bigger role in the band.
You getter go now
This band was so special and different from the others. Reached the perfection.
David Gilmour The best new member a band could get. He's still relevant today. Thanks for this great channel.
Oh. My. God. David!! Love them all but holy hell Gilmour was sooo beautiful. Icing on the cake .
👌🏻 perfection and then some
The early Pink Floyd are so strange and mysterious at the same time. You always discover something new for yourself. All creation of the group is a saucerful of secrets. Thank you for such a selection of songs!💎 Some I've never even heard of before.
So good....!!!! Syd influences

Thanks to Nick Mason's Saucerful of Secrets Tour, I was able to experience a small slice of The Floyd (from the early days) (( The Fillmore in Detroit MI)).
Love this....

GREAT! AWESOME! PINK FLOYD THE BEST! THANKS FRIEND!
As Syd was going crazy Gilmour stepped up to the plate and Floyd flew into legends
He wasn’t necessarily just going crazy he just didn’t want to be in a giant band. Listen to some of the things roger talks about in wish you were here, especially have a cigar. I think he was talking about the entire band, but especially syd since he was the kind of main reason for that album. He was run pretty ragged from touring while he was in the Floyd not to mention the obvious psychedelic abuse mixed with pretty serious schizophrenia and didn’t want to be apart of Pink Floyd cause he could feel the thing he created growing to be bigger than he ever imagined.
Samuel Brockett He was he tripped out once to often and had a complete mental breakdown. His sister looked after him. He was not the man I saw in the 60’s in the Marquee club. There is a video about this. Sid was a troubled genius very sad. It the interview with the other members they acknowledged he started it all. Hence the songs Wish you were here and Shine on you crazy diamond. The lyrics in shine tell some of the story
Classicracer Uk yep they do. I’m not completely convinced he went totally insane. The rest of his life he seemed happier and continued to make some incredible paintings i really think he was trying to find a way out of the band. It’s not like after he left they cut all ties with him either. David Gilmore was instrumental in releasing his two solo albums and Richard Wright helped a lot as well. I believe that “he tripped himself to insanity” is kind of over blown
Samuel Brockett He did have some mental problems but the band did say eyes like black holes in the sky. It was not his fault and the rest of the band admitted at the time they did not help much. Was a real shame he was a talented guy

Many highly and suddenly successful bands (even now) have huge break ups due to the stress of constant touring / sales etc. Its not surprising really that some musicians are just not tough enough to stay the course. They are just too Fragile (geniuses too)
All amazing... Great job
Makes you realise how little footage there is of Pink Floyd 1974-1978. Where were the cameras in those years?
These are all so amazing❤❤
Ohhh, now this is awesome!!! I love it sooo much. The good ole days . Love this
Thanks for the German TV of AHM; different camera angles than I have ever seen before. Certainly never seen Gilmour wandering about in front of choir before and his chording seems quite unique on this version.
Pink Floyd booed.....I saw them several times in 1969, but at Loughborough Uni in Feb `69
the boozers standing at the back bar were a pain and during the quiet parts were booing the
fabulous music...I head Roger mouth `Fuck Off` but the half wits took no notice, I had to
sleep the night in the station to get back to Leicester, truly wonderful music.......
true, their music transcends time and space...
Precious gift just at work lunch time! Thank you.
Shine on
Danke!
Thank you for this amazing footage. Much of this I haven’t seen before. I especially enjoy Dave and Roger exchanging instruments for the last song.

Hello dear friend, wow great document 👏👏👏 Thank you so much 👍👍😉 Happy weekend 🎸❤🎵
Thank you for 1967 -1972..... and waiting for later from 1972...
it took a while for Pink Floyd to form in to a great band
In my opinion, Gilmour changed the band for the better.
David Gilmour is the best guitarist ever love his guitar playing ❤
Joe Costigan i agree with you. Im not fanboying, i love Hendrix, SRV, Mayer and many more. But Gilmours style is unique, and he turned Pink floyd in a better direction.
@@stjepankrizan7857 yes SRV is probably the best guitarist who ever lived but nobody sounds like Gilmour 👍
Joe Costigan Gilmore brought the group all the way to 2020! PF’s staying power is all because of him.
@@stjepankrizan7857 I agree Bro.👍
Thanks for this great material!

Oh my. That solo on let there be more light!!!!! Heavenly.
All those young people dancing... I wonder where they are now and what their reaction would be to seeing themselves.
Me too I've often thought of that seeing these early vids.

I was sleeping on Pink Floyd until 1973 and Dark Side of the Moon. In my second apt at 23 and WTH is this? Must listen again. Ah YES
Happy to hear a song from La Vallee or Obscured by Clouds. Wot’s, uh, The Deal. Curiously, perhaps, it is perhaps my favorite Pink Floyd album and it isn’t even, being simply a soundtrack they did. I really enjoy More, too.
Wonderful Music
