Many are leaving karate you are best trainer and coach to train please tell how many lesson are there in karate
That’s unfortunate that people are leaving Karate. I feel like it is important to be part of a dojo if it is available for you to be at. Training, partners and instructors are very key into becoming a better martial artist. I asked for lessons or are many lessons call. So many that I am still learning after being in karate for 33 years.

Once again you do an amazing job going step by step in explaining and demonstrating each technique. I'm getting most of these lessons down. I'm still having to work on stretches and leg workouts to get my kicks higher but they are higher than they were when I first started. I practice for about 30 minutes to an hour 3 nights a week. Any advice on getting my kicks higher and leg workouts to help with that would be very welcome. In fact any advice on how many hours and days a week to practice and perfect these technique lessons are welcome. Thank you as always Sensei Chris, God bless you my friend! :)
I’m glad your kicks are getting better. Here’s a vid I made a while ago that I have my students occasionally do to diols up hip strength to get higher and stronger kicks. I personally did this workout 3-4 days out of the weeks adding more reps to make it more challenging
