    I can't stop thinking even if i statue pause for 15 sec. Infact I'll think even more in those fewer seconds 😂

    My husband advised me the same as I'm a chronic overthinker. I thought this wasn't possible but now when I have started doing this... I feel great!

      Me too. Suffering from overthinking. My mind doesn't taking rest even in sleeping time.

      @@swatityagi6235 Honestly, it's an ongoing battle. Some days I succeed and some days I don't. Byy yeah basically I try to realise mind is simply doing its job. So let it throw thoughts and let me just don't pay attention to it. And sometime I try to go still like switch off completely.

      @@KT224KT I relate you. I get some really weird dreams as well. Mind isn't at ease but it's ok. This is what it is. Accept and try. Efforts matter

    Its like 15 seconds of meditation, and it works I immediately became more focused with this technique

    True I used to do that when I wake up I pause and not rush, it helped me take it slow for a moment and I get back to reality instead of rushing into my day

    To add, working out helps a lottt. 4 days i havent worked out and i already am experiencing overthinking returning to old patterns.

    After waking up in the morning, i pause every day but that's when worries surround me. As soon as i start doing my chores, i feel much better 😃

      This is a short term fix. Long term fix is only Meditation and breathing practices.

    Once I asked my husband what he is doing...he said nothing..
    I asked him how in the world anyone can do nothing..think nothing and sit simply.
    I just don't understand why I always be thinking about something😢

    I don’t know what it is but I’ve tried many videos and nothing seems to help. It’s hard to explain but I don’t know what emotion it is. It could be scared, depressed, anxious, I don’t know but it’s a feeling where like I’m going to be me forever and like I can’t tell like if I’m just a pawn for something bigger. I am a Christian so I believe in god but I feel a sensation that makes me want to cry when I think of staying me for eternity and the thought that nobody can think what I think and for all I know the people reading this might not even be real. I’ve been looking for an answer or a way to get it treated and I can’t go to therapy because I can’t drive yet and I can’t ask my parents because if I asked something like that they would be worried and stressed and they already are so I don’t want to add to that. If you guys can give me an answer or a way to treat it myself I would appreciate it.

    Mindfulness can be super effective. Workbooks like "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels are nice.

    Watching your brushing teeth example, I realised I use to brush teeth under shower. Means I don't even allow a second between 2 activities.
    Definitely going to apply what you've suggested from tomorrow morning itself.
    Simple informative and clear video and content. Kudos for the work.
