- Bermuda, a tour, what to see in Bermuda, where to go in Bermuda ! Let's go around the beautiful island nation of Bermuda located right in the middle of the Atlantic ocean.
Bermuda is a British Overseas Territory in the North Atlantic Ocean, off the east shore of North America about 1,070 km (665 mi) east-southeast of Cape Hatteras, North Carolina, 1,236 km (768 mi) south of Cape Sable Island, Canada, and 1,578 km (981 mi) north of Puerto Rico. Bermuda's capital city is Hamilton.
Bermuda, self-governing British overseas territory in the western North Atlantic Ocean. It is an archipelago of 7 main islands and about 170 additional (named) islets and rocks, situated about 650 miles (1,050 km) east of Cape Hatteras (North Carolina, U.S.). Bermuda is neither geologically nor spatially associated with the West Indies, which lie more than 800 miles (1,300 km) to the south and southwest.

I loved going with my husband on a mope head and driving around the island as well. We have gone to Bermuda 3 times and it's our favorite place. Different parts of the area have different hues of blue water and the sand is the best in the world. Also loved the people were so very friendly and kind. Can't wait to visit again

I know it may seem like this, but consider some other factors:
Everything is imported, so prices are high,
We are in a good bit of debt
There is lots of hate around the island
Once you've been everywhere, it kinda gets boring
Most things in large countries like England and Canada are unavailable here

How on earth did you manage to piece together all these beautiful places from around the island in just one visit. I have been 6 times starting from 2003 till last time 2016.

I lived there 1961 to 1965. Used to go swimming at Flatt's Bridge as a kid all the time when the tide rushed in. Talk about a rush!

I was born in Bermuda, way back in the 50's and would very much like to be there now. Thank you for your video. I especially liked that you filmed it with no voice-over and just had ambient sounds. At the 5:30 point, there is a blue building. I believe that is just down the road from where we used to live. Anyway, great video and thanks again.

+Vic Stefanu - World Travels and Adventures I'm a fan of St Lucia personally. I think the natural beautiful of St Lucia puts Bermuda to shame, because Bermuda has cut down too many of its natural beauty to build buildings, etc. But, I'm not a fan of St Lucia's poverty line. But I LOVE the island. Bermuda is far too expensive. That's why I left. I'm not going to speak $1M try to raise my family, and I'm not going to wait around for my folks to die to inherit the home. I now have TWO homes in America for LESS than the cost of ONE home in Bermuda. Just couldn't do it. Plus, being raised around the beauty doesn't really affect nationals like it effects tourist. I can always tell a Bermudian on the plane. All the tourist are gasping looking out the window but Bermudians are like "Eh, I've seen it before".

Beautiful..Just booked a cruise there that will be in port for 4 days. I think this will end up being one of my favorite places in the world..

I hope that your cruise ship is parked by the port of Hamilton, this will give you the opportunity to see so much more of Bermuda (the Royal Naval Dockyard is just too far and it takes a long time to go back and forth). Enjoy this place by renting a car or a motorcycle (which I did and this is why i saw almost everything in 7 days)...

Excellent video! I visited Bermuda back in 2000 and wasn't able to get as much out of it as I could at the time but I am hoping to come back next year. It's a truly gorgeous place! As much as I love living in Miami, there is something truly special about Bermuda. :-)

It's the clear clean ocean water and the pink sands.
That sand was like pink crystals ,and swimming around the corals was a amazing experience. That was in 1972 , we hired mopeds from a Cycle Livery near where the cruise ships tie-up . Happy memories , good video, Best Wishes .

Unfortunately, Bermuda was so beautiful and perfect and I tend to be disappointed in islands in the Pacific Ocean (where I am right now) because I compare each island to Bermuda and none of them can match its cleanliness, organization, road condition, the beauty of Hamilton, etc... I was born on Bermuda and I still have my primary residence in Spanish Point. I can honestly say there are no other islands on Earth as blessed as Bermuda. I’ve often wanted to retire m6 professional career in 5he USA and do day trips for visitors. I know so many more “secret” bays, grottos, caves, and woodlands. My American wife and I got married there. The cost was less than half of a cheap wedding in the States. But that’s perhaps the only thing that was cheap. Bermuda is costly. So save up your money. It’s well worth everything you you saved for.

Gibraltar is included in the 14 not in addition to. And yes they are just small remnants of former british colonies.

You have to collect water in the island correct?
There is a water company that distributes water throughout Bermuda..
We catch rain water. Each house has a tank. We also have bigger water catches and can buy water and have delivered by water truck companies. We can go years without buying water if you have a big tank and if we have enough rain.
@VicStefanu....I came across this quite by accident. I had been watching another disappointing video in which someone thought riding a road on a motorbike gives the viewer what he/she wants to see. It failed. Vic, watching your videos --wherever you are in the world -- is like reading a stream of consciousness novel, a three dimensional, interior view, if you will. Something to drinking water while traveling through the desert. This is what sets your videos apart from the others. And that's why I'm a fan of yours. Your that much wanted drink of water while walking through the desert! Thank you, Vic.

i went to Bermuda last year for my 18th birthday and it was amazing i will most definitely have to come back because I was only there for two nights unfortunately because of complications with my flight. The people were so incredibly nice it was as if i was in a parallel universe haah.
