I hardly ever give videos a thumbs down and I will tell you why I did on this one...First of all what does he mean forgot password? If you forgot your password you would not be able factory reset without jailbraking the phone. Second, Samsung has Knox and therefore Virus' are HIGHLY unlikely. Third the video lacks information in the sense that a factory reset does not delete the recovery logs, Thus leaving traces any and all user traffic so it does not fully reset the device by these methods. elaborate on how to delete the recovery logs and how a user that forgot their password might access the menu using the hard keys and bypass the password upon startup? That might make the video more useful. Otherwise its just anotther copyright infringement IMHO

Thanks for the video, this also help to factory reset if your phone screen is cracked and can't see anything while still On. You just need to follow how many times you scroll down with the volume down bottom. Thanks again 👍

My son got a hold of my phone and made a Samsung account and I didnt know how to undo what he did since the email he signed up with was his provided by his school which they dont allow you to receive messages to reset password in order to rest my phone! It did not work for me. The main Samsung note 9 screen keeps coming back and not moving to the Android management screen. Has any software changes disabled this process now?

thanks my phone got screwed up for whatever reason i couldnt find the general management in settings. it was just not there. I was able to reset from power off in order to send it back. thanks again
After the reset factory, what will happen to the battery? For example the battery life is 12hr even though is 100% charge. If I reset the phone, Is it still the same? Or back to normal like it will last 20 to 23hrs?

when i get to the slide pattern screen on my note 9 and after i slided the pattern, the phone just shut off and if i keep using the slide pattern, it keeps doing it, any idea how i can fix it?

the samsung still needs password after factory reset, do you know how to bypass it if the password is forgotten?
I did this to get the galaxy skin at sprint and they kicked me and my friends out of the store because we broke the phones 😂
You cant do this on phones presented in stores bc they have a OS espacially made for being displayed in stores and you cant even use the second method without a password from the shop owner...
