I think there's one other one floating around on YT that has a similar or slightly different trapway mouth. Could have been that someone inserted the wrong "insert" that forms it instead of the usual one, and because it was otherwise technically accurate, it made it out of the factory haha. Nice find!
I've seen a few like this on YT and I've also filmed one myself. As for the one I found, I did notice that it was made in Brazil rather than the US like most of them, so I wonder if that has to do with the funny opening

Very odd looking cadet. Most would have the large oval tramway but this didn't. Still a great find. I wonder if this looks similar to a mount Vernon?
