this title is cap, any champion that has an execute in their kit, and does burst dmg as a bruiser is not mechanically difficult, aa canceling is one of the easiest things to pick up in a game, riven's playstyle can carry over to other champions since shes bursty
Fiora is alot more difficult since all of her dmg comes from vitals and you need to be positioned perfectly to get all of your dmg out(literally one of her combos to get the quickestult vital proc contains her flash, flash isnt apart of any kit) the positioning for riven is literally 'be ontop of the enemy', I will agree that her skill ceiling is high, but her skill floor is underground, anyone can pick up riven and insta nuke someone, fiora skill floor is high and her skill ceiling in high because of her vitals(are nothing like anything else in the game, like the aurelion sol of top lane, or something like singed uniqueness) can be seen and actively played against(reset) riven skill floor is underground and her skill ceiling is high

I've played riven for 20+ games and you did all the combos better first try then I've every done them. Guess I'm bronze 3 for a reason lmao
    Great content, helped a ton.

When he goes OMG... so relatable.
That IS what they are doing the whole time.
As a kind pf Riven Main I always do this but I didn't actually conceptualize it.
    It's dirty af

I know it’s probably going to be in the description of all ur videos but I’d recommend putting the coaching channel on your “accounts” tab of this channel! Would make it easier to get to esp on phones. I like the vid as usual tho makes me want to play her again. I mained riven for a solid year or longer in middle school back in like s3 lmao

Riven is one of those champions I tried briefly when I was very new to the game, wasn't good enough to really grasp how she plays, and never touched it again. I really need to give it another shot because this kind of champion playstyle is what I love the most in League.

I e read about the insane R1 and R2 combos and stuff. But that Q holding for the double knock up is so much simpler and more useful

I love Neace's faces when he was shown some of those long combos xD
"Where are my AA stat sticks, maaaaaan"
BTW dude, Riven fills the Smash Bros analogy to perfection... I haven't even played toplaners... xD

27:50 I would just like to point out that not only did he use E there, but you can in fact wallhop that inhib without E. Just go straight, but slightly to the side, and you still hop further than over towers.

I can do every single combo for riven and I can tell you what makes her especially hard is not the complexity of combos (all of that can be practiced) it's how to tell your brain fast enough when to use a certain combo, to everyone of you feeling discoureged playing her, just keep practicing ur muscle memory and spam riven in ur games, it's super fun and super rewarding when you master her.
