After about 5-7 years they do start to rejoin & at about 10-15 years you realize on a very deep level that they were never separate after all

Anyone should be ABLE to think and talk freely about their gender identity, but YOU, or anyone else, don't NEED to talk about or think about your gender identity if you don't want to. We're not about "forcing an ideology", even though you are, we're about everyone being able to be who they are and want to be, and that includes being straight and gender conforming.
Literally what they are saying is they talk about their feelings and thoughts every morning, that is what life should be where you have ppl who make you feel safe being honest and your full self with them rather than just sitting in your own misery bc other ppl find that more convenient for them
there is definitely a focus on gender/pronouns and anyone denying that it hasn't been often times forced down people's throats is straight up lying. even at schools, on tv, everywhere. being gay isn't enough anymore they now be saying they a "gay trans masc nonbinary individual" as a gay man it's annoying asf.
