I'm flying out there next month. Watching the hot pretzels coming off the conveyor and then the pretzel being dipped in mustard are bringing back childhood memories. Yum!
Cool video! I've lived in Philadelphia my entire life, and this is the first time I've ever seen the pretzel-making process from start to finish. I now know how the owner got such toned arms. No gym membership needed here. Now I'm craving a soft pretzel fresh out of the oven. I'll take mine with spicy mustard, please! 😉
Gotta be honest, I take them over Philadelphia Pretzel Factory in a HEARTBEAT. They’re always fresh and perfectly made. Been there 20+ times and never had a bad pretzel served to me
My Aunt Blanche's family owned Federal Pretzel company at 7th & Federal (the Pretzel factory) in South Philly. As a kid I'd go in the back and watch the women (5 on each side of a conveyor belt) twist the pretzels and then right in the oven they'd go!
I was skeptical seeing the machine extruding shaggy, unrolled dough, but the shots of you eating it show how crisp and pillowy the end product is. Looks great!
Brings back memories from Elementary School over in Philadelphia... they used to hook it up with these pretzels on occasion. Best pretzels.
I remember them well and miss them very much! Hats off to this hard working lady and many blessings!
if you want to watch someone lining up pretsel dough for 5 mintues straight, you're at the right place

Love the lady who gives out the pretzels. She seems spirited! God bless her energetic nature 🥰

I use to live in Philly. Every time I get back I have to have Philly Pretzels. I know I'm bias but they're so, so good!
The way they make the pretzels is so organized and systematic! I can watch it for so long😍🥨💕
I'm amazed that this lady works around delicious pretzels and is in that kind of awesome physical shape!
She rocked. They look amazing!
