This laddu is very pious.bz it is part of our school memories of the 15 th august ,and 26th jan. and prepared for Lord Ganesh puja ,offering as Prasada and on so many auspicious occasions. just prepared Laduus are in shape. looking nice. consistency of better and sugar syrup is correct.. i liked ur special safe laddle for bundi.only to pour besan again as per need .keeping far above from hot kadhai. ,till the kadhai fills with bundis.and no need to clean or wash it after every use. we have a small special zara. but trouble is, of cleaning it .as above. in our family when ever mom prepared laddu she puts droplet on a dry plate.if the drop seems proper round in shape and sticky,then syrup it is done. if it is slight loose or becomes flate then stirred more to get proper shape of drop and stickyness.. we are waiting to prepare thease laddus for lord chid Shree Ram on 5th of aug.and offer him as "Nayvedya" God bless both of u and family. enjoy other sweets for coming "Rakhi"festival 3rd aug. pl maintain social distance and be safe in this hard situation. thanks alot.
haiiiii lvly n charming mam.good afternoon .I ever watch sir's video .a couple of days back I made laadu ..at that time I followed sir's boondhii method ..i hv made syrup to sticky consistency .I added 6 or 7 cloves.it came out well .my anna n sisy had two at a time .OK let me stop beating around . wen I watched your video I noticed the way you use the stainer to make boondhii. all the accessories you hv are cute and user frnly. .Nice to watch .happy to see your demo.hatsoff👒🌹mam..keep rocking ..
Hi you are saying the laddu should be made while still hot but chef mrs revathy shanmugam is saying the laddu should cool down while the sugar is being absorbed well then we must shape the laddu balls which one should i follow she says can even wait for the next day till the sugar is absorbed then shape the laddu

Hi Chef, I followed ur recipe to make laddu and tried to follow same way u told in video about syrup consistency, i was able to make ball and then i poured in my boondi mixture, but syrup start crystalized right that moment. and i was able to see thick crystal(though not hard crystal) still i made laddu but it was whitish crystal all around. Can you please suggest what should i do to make proper syrup. thanks
+Ramandeep Kaur If you see crystals it means the syrup became more thick than the required consistency. Once you get the syrup in required consistency either slow down the flame completely or remove it from the flame. If anytime if you see the syrup over done than required, add some water again and bring it to boil and to the required consistency. Thanks.
chef I did this laddu today but I got caramelization in nice way and I made one laddu and rest out boondhi could not form laddu.. let me know the reason ..
If during the process the besan pearls start to crystallize and separate, and you can't press them together, just heat the pan a little. The syrup will melt again and you can start clumping them into balls again 😊
I really do love you and your hubbies video. I am experimenting in Indian cooking because it is often healthier. Like this recipe, although fried with sugar, it does give protein with the flour used. Thanks.
