Depeche Mode Construction Time Again CD (Unboxing)

To me this album has always been not the one that already made Depeche Mode the band we love, but that started to take steps on that direction. With Alan Wilder as a band member (and the writer of The Landscape is Changing and Two Minute Warning) we were getting the memorable and unique DM sound, with Martin’s lyrics (which was yet to be perfected but it already had the potential), more memorable Dave’s vocal, the hot topic of an environment, politics. But the thing that makes this album special is that it is experimental, therefore from the sound perspective it still sounds great even after 41 (!) years. That’s why I’d prefer this album to their last five ones.
