This is very inspiring, I used to draw in my sketchbooks as well years ago, but ever since I begin working and everything shifted to digital and 3D, I kind of forget how wonderful it was to draw in the sketchbook, and to fill it up with interesting ideas and record things that happens in life. Thank you for sharing this, I think maybe I could start sketching once again~
In the part of the sketchbook where you thought the painting was terrible.. I thought it was beautiful. If you look at it and kind of picture this new image that you created it becomes unique nobody has those colors for that scene and it’s as if you can accept it for what it is now knowing that is very beautiful in its own right. Even if the colors were all wrong it looks like it’s dark out and the browns are still very deep and vibrant and the sky looks incredible
