Can you substitute balsamic vinegar for black vinegar I had an extremely hard time finding black vinegar at any store including the Asian markets

Sounds great and I'm making them tomorrow night. Two questions - oven at 350 or 375? You mention both temps. And what is the "braising liquid" you add back into the Dutch oven after you braise the short ribs? Thx.
375 will work, or 350 if your oven happens to run hot. Everyone's oven is a little different due to calibrations. The braising liquid is the liquid that the short ribs were braised in, with all the fat skimmed off. Enjoy, Joe! LMK how they turned out for you. 😋😋💕
What did you do to the sauce after you added it back to the Dutch oven from the liquid measuring cup?
So, make sure all the fat is drained from it, just pour it back into the dutch oven and reduce to desired consistency 😀
Can we put it in pressure cooker instead of the oven?
Sure, just follow the directions for your pressure cooker.
