@@SanguineYoru haha, I think it also depends on how you are watching.. I’ve done some more tests with my audio and it is much more noticeable when using headphones.. but like on a tv it’s not as noticeable I think. But new mic and new audio are coming soon regardless! 😅🙂
Solid effort! Making it to Day 2 draft 2 always feels nice. I personally rank Optimistic Scavenger significantly higher than most cards in the set, and Sheltered By Ghosts is above almost all other removal (it's so pushed - 2 mana O-Ring, ward 2, add some power... and lifelink, cause why not?), but I get you wanted to avoid Blue White for a third time (however, if it's open, and its the one of the best color combinations, can't argue with results). I could get behind the green 2 drop first pick, but skipping sheltered pick 2 was hard to watch, my win rate with that card is nuts. I had to skip ahead in the video afterward to see if it panned out for you, cause the pick threw me off so much. Best of luck next time!
Thanks for the feedback and comments. Yeah I agree some great white cards were passed, I had my reasons for these picks during the draft but I am learning a lot in these drafts and with all the feedback from everyone here.
Really interesting that you took Fear of Falling over Manifest Dread. I feel like Manifest Dread is just so much more important to have than fof, but maybe I'm underrating fof.
As an avid draft watcher, please invest in a better mic/audio system. Love to watch your content however I can't get past the quality of the audio. Sorry, but I hope this helps
Game in hand winrate is bet metric. Tyvar was a nice pick up but it is not best card in set, not even the best green card ( val onslaught) , weirdly enough swarmweaver actually has a slightly higher win rate too. But Tyvar is 8th highest winrate in set so it is a windmill slam pick. Congrats on a good run day 2 draft 2 , these events are tough!!!
p1p1: most removal hoses the real upside of the rare, eerie card is much stronger as well as the green uncommon. p1p2 sheltered by ghosts is way stronger than any of the other options, you were too married to your first pick.
you're already saying "our deck" during p1p3, this set punishes lack of flexibility. you are always going to have better results just picking best cards for at least p1p1-p1p4
yeah, not being able to make the tokens at instant speed is a real bummer for the card, and its not even that powerful of an ability to begin with. but its still a reasonable first pick, tied with the 1drop eerie card id say. sheltered by ghosts is very strong but sometimes it does two for one you. still the best the card in the pack but i wouldn't want to jump straight into WG. lots of directions he could have gone, all reasonable. when the packs are that strong i don't think its a big deal to go one way or the other
Pack 2 pick 2 you were acting like certain cards being in the pack was so crazy and a weird signal but I was literally the 2nd pick AND he rare was missing... So made no sense
Think the draft was okay and stick to blue/green was justifiable because the power of the rares. But besides the rares the deck in whole was crap... no removal, no synergies and a lot of mediocre cards, which you don´t want to play normaly.

I’m guessing you don’t like white. Scavenger or the manifest card are better first picks. Getting passed a sheltered by ghosts is huge, would’ve snapped that off, crazy you would’ve had 2.
I don't mind white and also I don't know that I am getting passed a Sheltered by Ghosts.. I do agree that Sheltered is very good. My problem with taking sheltered pick 2 is I took Twitching Doll first and Stay Hidden is also a very good cheap removal spell and goes much better in my opinion in a green deck and ideally puts me into UG, as I much prefer doing that over going into potentially WG. I do tend to avoid White and Black in early picks in this format. I think taking the Doll over Under then Skin is better P1P1 as it just enables me to be open in green to more colors depending on where the draft goes. At least those were my thoughts as I was drafting :)
@@jeromeclaessen3921 its definitely not mediocre, a 2 drop that ramps and fixes you is never mediocre in limited, and its got another good ability on top of that puls its two types for delirium. enough said but for the record. 17lands has it at 61% winrate in your opening hand. thats very good.
@@thelifedragon2156 I wouldn’t rate a card by opening hand win rates, that is going to give skewed results. It’s much better to use ever drawn or whatever. Obviously stronger 2 drops are going to have much higher win rates if you are lucky enough to consistently have them in your opener.
@@QuaggyQuail I won 2k on the day by going blue green splash white in both my drafts. I wouldn’t mind splashing sheltered or trapped in the screen in blue green decks.

Going to 2nd that. Unfortunately audio quality is poor.
Yetti brand mic from local electronics or department store is a nice value for a nice price.

You should have stuck with blue white bud your deck would have been amazing. Good run though . I just tried my first arena open and went 0-3 lol

Why would you have to play wg after 2 picks? Just ditch doll. It’s a mediocre card anyway
