I love the Princess’ style. I always tried to dress elegantly, even when in my 20s, and to wear timeless classics, in the best fabrics/materials - all of which she does, too. Now that I’m in my 60s, I feel that looking elegant is as important, or more important, than ever. Dressing elegantly, helps people feel their dignity and self worth as individuals and demonstrates our respect for others. Martin Luther King understood this well when he asked the peaceful protesters he led to wear their Sunday Best. You, she and I have also kept our slender figures, which helps with an elegant look, makes both the outfit and the lady look better, and opens up so many more clothing choices. I don’t mean to body-shame anyone, I just feel like an elegant look is easier to achieve if one is slim. I know, because I have been overweight in the past. Love that fact about MLK, wow gave me chills! I think being curvier looks beautiful in classic styles too, i.e. my mom! A lot of “style” is about confidence and that doesn’t necessarily come with being slender. Thank you so much for the compliment about the video. 💘
Are you wearing Sezane’s black Dan trousers? I ordered some but got a pair of jeans by mistake, can’t wait to get the correct item! I do think skinny jeans look very dated, I wouldn’t wear them now, but then, I never liked them. I love 100% cotton Levi 501 jeans in white, black and deep indigo, for when I must wear jeans (I never found a comfortable pair in 50 years, but these are the closest. I don’t wear them unless the day’s activity requires them).

Yes they are the Dan! They’re Probably my favorite Sezane trousers. Yes, skinny jeans aren’t for everyone. I absolutely love them in outfit 4💘
