I don't know nothing about buliding skateboards but I'm a mechanic professional. Few things could be improve. First would be to torque tighten each of the 4 bolts of the axle deck in cross pattern. Second is a bit more difficult for a noob, is to measure the clearance movement let in every wheels with a DTI (dial test indicator or analog gauge). So you would have the same in every corner or you could do assymetrics settings between front and left. It could be done also with a depth gauge. Some things could be improved for sur in these. And not only materials and shapes but the way it's set up.
aniki937 you do realize that being this technical won’t affect the performance of the skateboard at all
TwiceThePraise I'm pretty sure it will. Don't you think that skateboards have not evolve since late 70s early 80s? Just look to the diameter size of wheels back then and nowadays. It's all about physics. If you tighten a bolt to a recommended torque, you don't put any unecessary stress into deck which is made of wood. Maybe you will not see it with naked eye but it will help the deck to bend as much as it should in this or that trick. Maybe not. I'm just suggesting improvements. If you have never tested it, you can't be 100% sure it won't affect the performance or at least, the behavior of the board. I may be wrong too.
