There are couple of information missing and not completely correct in this analysis which I want to add here. 1. You mentioned due to reduced weight, it has higher weapon capacity which is not true. It has exact 8 ton capability like most Su-30 derivatives but it actually carries higher volume of fuel, hence the increased range. 2. It carries N012 Rear facing self defense Radar in the rearward-projecting tail boom, first operational Aircraft to have one. It was tested in the Su-37 Terminator first but that was more of a technology demonstrator. It gives this aircraft unique ability to target planes behind it using High Off bore sight missiles. 3. The shape of frontal section of the Su-35 has been carefully redesigned to reduce Radar Cross section and has 2 meter ^2 RCS which is actually lower than comparable sized aircraft. Our MKI has close to 10 Meter^2 RCS. 4. In Su-35 the Dorsal Speed Break (Present in almost all Su-27 and Su-30 models, including MKI) has been removed to reduce weight and instead it uses its modified Control surfaces for that functionality. 5. Su 35 has 12 Hard Points instead of 10 in most Su-30 derivatives. Because of that it can carry 8 AA Missiles along with 2x KNIRTI SAP-518 ECM Wingtip Jammer for self protection + KNIRTI SAP-14 Support Jammer ECM pod in Centreline hard-point. This is equivalent to the US ALQ-99E in EA-18G Growler Electronic Warfare system and a group of Su-35 can create huge jamming to protect a less capable fighter group like Mig 29, against enemy AWACS or radars. This eliminates the need for a separate Electronic Warfare system for less sophisticated Airforce where budget is a constrain. 6. Radar: Unlike most of the PESA Radars which use a single Transmitter, IRBIS-E uses two 10 KW Chelnok Travelling Wave Tube or TWT Transmitter to provide 20KW peak Power, 5KW Average Power and 2.5KW continuous illumination Power.
The weapon carrying capacity is more than any other aircraft of Su 27 Family. I have mentioned L-175M Khibiny electronic countermeasures system which is mounted on the wing tip of Su 35. everything else was on point. Just it should be kW not W.

IAF is planning to upgrade the su30mki to super sukhoi by installing the Radar & engine of su35 but what if Russia refuses to provide the same as this may hamper their su35 sale. So would it be claver idea to go for su35, at least 2 squadron.
Super Sukhoi should get new engines i.e AL 41FP and Irbis E PESA radar so that our Su 30MKI can take on Chinese Su 35, while Rafale will take on J 20. Also, all Mig 29UPG should get new Zhuk AE AESA radar as we require an Air Dominance Fighter to take on PAF in a two front war as majority of Su 30 would be deployed against Pakistan. Not entirely, su 35 have 1/10 th RCS of su 30 mki also it has khibney M built in EW suit. Su 35 is much more lighter than su 30 mki due extensive use of composite materials Su 35 also will be upgraded with byleka radar and object 30 engine which will bring it much closer to 5th gen aircraft
India should highly invest in the development of AMCA and Tejas mk2 to shift to indegineous material...our engineers are doing good in their field ..only the requirement is for the government to put some extra effort to our defence industry. Super sukhoi will have an upper hand in manuverability rdr range and irst as russians design their rdr to detect steath targets and their latest irst integrated in su57 and may b integrated in spr sukoi has a rmonster range of 130 km while f15 lacks irst although it can carry a pod based system but internal systems works much more efficiently then pod based as they are specifically developed for a particular jet

So half the time the Russian planes will be getting serviced and we will be getting new engines and spare parts increasing cost over life time . Super sukhoi will have an upper hand in manuverability rdr range and irst as russians design their rdr to detect steath targets and their latest irst integrated in su57 and may b integrated in spr sukoi has a rmonster range of 130 km while f15 lacks irst although it can carry a pod based system but internal systems works much more efficiently then pod based as they are specifically developed for a particular jet

So half the time the Russian planes will be getting serviced and we will be getting new engines and spare parts increasing cost over life time . So the USA planes will be in air and Russians in service in war and peace . Also USA tech in planes is better . F15ex has the same technology in terms of cockpit , software as F35 . There is no comparison

Rfl eurofighter f35 all have higher per hr flit costs when compared to su35 even su35 is a heavy weight aircraft whereas f15 has equla per hr flit cost and that of f22 is much much much larger
Even only 40% f22 and less then 50% f35 are available to fly where as they use ram which further reduces their availability rates in war operation
Point to b noted that the availability rates that also includes f22/35 which lack proper ram coatings and even many f22 are not applied ram for many years f35/22 reqires 48-72 hrs of maintainance per flight hr so they will b spending more time in hangars even usaf says f22 hangar queen due to hi maintainance demands
